I have updated my review that I gave for a few bad services previously.
Updating to say, that it didn't stop me from coming and that my chicken is always fresh, I am thankful for that! I usually get pretty good service but on a few occasions there has been an exception. Which I feel, is to be expected sometimes!
I do love the customizable drink options and so many choices! I love making flavored waters on my app!
I usually do not get the sauce with my chicken that it says it comes with unless I purchase a sauce at the end, and sometimes it's still not in there.

They need to work on their service. It takes too long to get someone to answer and allow you to place your order (15 minutes)
Then it takes them forever to make the order and bring it out…large onion rings, hot fudge sundae, large butterfinger blast. I shouldn’t be there 30 minutes for this especially since it’s so costly!

It's a lot better than it used to be. Great service, today
Update: ordered 3 shakes in the app. After checking in, it immediately said on its way which WAS NOT TRUE! IT TOOK them 10 more minutes to get it to us with no customers. On either side. Then didn't inform us they were out of whipped cream till they got it to the car.

Quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant I've ever visited. After years of them regularly being out of slush mix or ice cream or whatever item you are currently ordering and the stalls being broken for months on end until approx half aren't in service, I went this past February and was served rat feces with my breakfast burrito. While not directly this stores fault, when I contacted customer service, I was told I'd hear back. When I contacted them again a month later, again I was told I'd hear back. Here it is, another month gone by and no contact from Sonic Corporate. It's indicative of their overall low standards and level of customer service that not even the corporate office is willing to communicate.

The worst Sonic I've ever visited. We waited 18 min for 2 drinks and no other customers were there.the ice in the slush was terrible and stale.we couldn't order by the app, because it was not available and we had to push the red Botton several times because no body responsed. The carhup couldn't take the order and neither knew the adress of the stores when we app. Very disappointing event, I usely like Sonic and I am a frequent customer. We had to threw the drinks away.

Used the app to order my food and drink they always forget the add-ons and I asked for real strawberries not seeds lol. The drink isn't awful just disappointing. I'd given them a good review before but this is the second occurrence this month, last time I went I waited for 20 minutes (place only had about 5 cars). The screen said someone was on their way with my drinks, the message went away after 3 minutes. I waited patiently and after 15 more minutes I pressed the button to ask what happened with my order. I finally received my drinks, the ice was practically melted (not even SONIC ICE was used!!!) I don't know what is going on in there but someone has to go retrain or something. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We sat first at one screen, but I guess it was broke, there was no sign. Then we moved, placed our order, got no response at all. Placed our order with another girl, twice. Very fast service, workers were extremely polite. The burgers and tater tots tasted funny. They did not taste normal. Hubby said the pickles tasted more like cucumbers. Very disappointed in the food. Hope they are not changing anything and it was just a fluke.

Waited 10 minutes before we ordered then waited 15 minutes for one shake and a blast pushed the button to tell them to cancel our order but no one responded so we left.
