Went to the drive through to order two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles meals. They didn't put anything on the mcgriddles it was just the buns and they only gave me one drink and one hash Brown. They then argued about it even tho it was all on the receipt.

This store is always slow for breakfast. There is no in-store or curbside pickup, so I have to go through the drive-through to pick up my mobile orders. Drive through service is always incredibly slow. Wait times are consistently over 10 to 15 minutes. I just wanted coffee for the drive. ????

Once again I was the ONLY person in line, and once again my fries were saltless, stale and cold as if they were in a lunch rush or something. The attitudes there are always bad too, regardless of how polite you are to them.

I specifically asked for FRESH FRIES, they said it would take 3-5 mins and I said I didn't mind waiting. As you can see these fries look like they been there all day and the chicken nuggets were not very good at all. I recommend BK next door

Today was my first time coming here and it will be my last. The girl taking my order was curt and rude, my fries were STALE, my kid got fries instead of the apple slices I asked for, and I didn’t get the ranch I paid for even though the man said he put it in there himself. Horrible service. If I didn’t live so far I would’ve made them redo it.

I ask for Vanilla milkshake but they say that they don't have milkshakes or ice cream, I feel disappointed so instead I just go to Russellville McDonald's and ask for milkshake and I got when I asked for, I feel happy at the Russellville McDonald's but this McDonald's at Dardanelle is not what i would go to anymore because I wanted Milkshake.

I don't like eating inside because normally tables are dirty and the floor can be sticky. I've had some issues the past few times with getting the wrong order (had to pay more than expected because they charged me for a double quarter-pounder, this was a drive through order but it was still rather annoying) Seems under staffed when we go inside too, uncoordinated team sometimes. I do like the food and the staff that serve me are friendly normally. Could use improving but I know you guys can do it!!
