Haven't even had the food yet, but the lady taking our order was extraordinarily nice and very polite.

Worst experience I've had at a KFC, the lobby was filthy, i saw several spiders in the lobby, heard some very innapropriate conversations behind the counter, and there were several times where every employee in the building just went outside to smoke, i stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting just for some ketchup. Absolute shame for this building to be taking up space in this town. Should tear it down and put in something that people actually like.

Just started going there in June-July, so no information on what it was like 2+ years ago. But my experiences at the KFC/LJS has been excellent and the staff is friendly, polite and helpful.

Food tasted old, like it had been waiting all day for us to get there. My daughter had severe stomach upset afterwards, maybe food poisoning...do not recommend

Food was great. Very hot and fresh. Staff was nice but I recommend fixing your drinking fountain for dine in.

Waited 20 minutes before I went back to counter to check on our order. Clueless! Food was burnt....was it fish or chicken. It was clearly a bother for them to do there job.

I did not receive the large mash potatoes and gravy. The fried shrimp in my variety meal was not cooked all the way and the fish was over cooked. I ended up throwing all the shrimp in the trash. It took about 15-20 minutes to wait for our meals. I was not very happy when I got home and found out the Potatoes and gravy were missing!!

horrible they aint even trying at this point the food sucked and the people were rude for just having to do there jobs
