I’d give it no stars if I could. Never opened on time. It’s always a game to find a worker to check you out. They have two check outs but only use one at a time for some reason. It doesn’t matter if 20 people are in line. They only use the one check out. Coolers are always broken either freezing everything that’s not suppose to be frozen or not freezing/chilling at all. Lakeview just opened up and I’ll use them and Flippin over Bull Shoals and Flippin.

I usually love the DG in Bull Shoals and the store manager is great but it takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch and Dawn does that every single time I’ve been in when she is working she is constantly chit chatting with someone and never around the register. Today was no exception as I had placed a pick up order I walked in located my pick up order and Dawn was standing in a isle looked me directly in the eyes as I waited at checkout to have my phone code scanned and made no attempt to make her way up front. As I was waiting so was a man needing to mail off a fed ex package who had been waiting now wandering around to find someone to help him he looked around and asked me is nobody working today and I stated to him yes I saw a worker down the isle and she knows I’m up here waiting. She casually makes her way up front and says “whatcha need” to the gentleman not may I help you but “whatcha need” he left and she looks at me and I said how come every time I’m in here when you are working you are never around a register to help (here comes the comical part) she gets very dramatic and said oh no! Angry customer! I said I’m not angry I just want to know why you are so unfriendly and never around when people are waiting to checkout and not address people by sir or ma’am can I help you I think “whatcha need” is very unprofessional. I think you are very rude and you’re proving me right. She gets the store manager who always is friendly and glad to help I explain the situation and it takes her 2 sec to check my code with no issues. I’m not sure customer service is the right line of work for Miss. Dawn as she is unable to effectively communicate or handle any type of situation without some type of help. I had to tell her twice I was not an employee I was a customer that’s not my problem when she would state “I’m the only one working” clearly that wasn’t the case the store manager was working . She seems overwhelmed with her job tasks and unable to multitask. I feel sorry for her that she feels that she needs to have an attitude with customers. In the future I hope that she would be offered customer service training so that she may handle her job tasks more efficiently and and effectively.

I have a store very close to wear I live. There are like 4 or 5 I can drive to within a 45 min time frame. All the stores have about the same and someitems stocked based on the locales demographic. So if i can't find it at one then perhaps the other stores have it. Some stores the parking area is tight and only one way in or out. I prefer the ones that have 2 ways in or out and a bigger parking area! Great place to pop in for a few things or even bargain shop! Most cashiers are pleasant

Besides the convenience of being so close, the staff at this particular location is always friendly and courteous. I would give 5 stars but I have to take one off for the lack of organization in the isles, which could be fronted and faced better. Overall though a great store.

It's dollar general... Easier in and out than Walmart. Good prices on many things, but if you pay close attention you'll notice smaller portions. I shop price per ounce and have noticed their cheaper things are actually just smaller amounts than what you find at other stores.

Walked up to the door as they locked it at 8:58pm on a Sunday night. I wanted a gallon of milk for my breakfast the next morning. They went home so I was out of luck. We never went back during our visit. Great grocery store down the street. Try it and avoid this place.

This store was very clean, and the shelves were stocked full. The employees were friendly, polite, and very helpful.

The workers there are nice and helpful. One thing is that when a line is fairly long at the check out, they could get another cashier a little faster to wait on others.
