The Auto Center is nothing but problems. To get sale price on tire, had to order online and would not let me have them shipped to the store. Had to be delivered to my residence, loaded into my truck and then brought here to have installed. I requested that stick-on inner rim balancing weights be used because the ones on the side wall come off when off roading. They did not clean the rim prior to installing. All of the tires lost the weights by the second day! One of the tire pressure sensors was damaged during install too. All of the tires were inflated to various pressure between 35psi to 50psi. I adjusted them to all the same pressure myself. When I brought it back in for the lost balancing weights and to fix the TPS, they did correct the issues but again failed to properly clean the rim to adhere the weights. One weight was starting to fall off when I checked the tires. They also used clip weights on a tire which I had requested them to not use. Luckily they did not try to charge additional fees and am only out the four hours of my time.
Gonna go to Discount tire to have them ballaced properly.

I am Japanese that I was changed the tire at March 19. We were confusing flat tire of my car, your shop helped us, kindly! Especially the accounting clerk's response was excellent. I was moved by how kind you were to foreigners. I would also like to ask your shop for tire replacement, again!

Everyone who has ever been to Wal Mart should kind of know what to expect. There are pretty good prices on most items in the store with a great selection. The abundance of self checkout lines is obviously a pain if you are buying very much. Don't expect real high quality on most goods, but if you are looking for cheap and serviceable, then WM may work for you.

Came in at 1:40 to get two tires put on n balance n now 4:20
Guy comes rotation n gets in 20 minutes
And done.

Just done 4:25.

I am a senior citizen with disabilities and I hate the self check outs. I spend $300 to $500 a month there. Asking for help to my car is like trying to win the lottery. Then, I was asked if I went thru a cashier or self. If I didn't like Walmart so much, would go somewhere else. I

I had the best shopping experience at the Bryant location. I have never had so many different employees approach me and offer to help. From the pet department to the check out line I was met with cheerful employees with great attitudes! Thanks!

Would have been great but the workers who are filling pick up orders are very rude and don't care if you are in an area before they got there they will get right on top of you and grab what they need without saying excuse me. I was also told under a workers breath that I needed to move and get out of their way when I stood away from them waiting until they were done so I could grab what I needed and when they moved one came back around and mumbled that statement under their breath. Very unorganized and employees need customer service classes.

Hard to find an employee who doesn't say " that's not my department, or I'm on break" meanwhile prices have skyrocketed but we have to scan our own items and most machines don't even take cash. If we have to do the work that the employees should be doing then we should also be able to receive all the discounts.
