We got there at 730pm on Wed afternoon. Not many people in the restaurant. Got seated within 2 minutes of entering the door. Took a while before the waitress took our order. Then it took almost 45 minutes to get our food. Which was a tiny pulled pork sandwich, potatoe skins, and a salad. I know it takes a while to slaughter my pig and smoke it, but 45 minutes is a long wait from order to receive. It was 845 when we left. If I was mystery shopping yall would have failed everything. On the plus side food was good. Nothing to brag about used a lot of black pepper which I'm good with but my wife not so much. When you see the picture the appetizer is bigger than the meal. And the sandwich was a roll with maybe 2 small spoonfuls of pulled pork meat. Not what I was expecting but I'm from a small town where we like to eat.

Their food was amazing as we no longer have one in Memphis! The service was A1! I can't wait to return again! Our waitress was amazing also! Perhaps they can get slaw back on the menu for the delicious BBQ that they serve and catfish again.

Service was great. enjoyed the bone in ribeye for my birthday. Steak was tender all the way through. ????????????????

Regular and expected good food. It was way too hot and muggy in the dining room. The waitresses was using my menu to fan herself as she brought it too me. If there had been another decent restaurant nearby I would have left as I walked in.

After sitting and eating I’m uncomfortably warm while typing this.

We arrived an hour before close on a weekend. Wait sttaff was exhausted but put in the effort. Very friendly but left off steak topper add on and slow to refill drinks. Food was good. Prices were high, but what isn't these days? Probably a dollar or two more per plate than im used to. Would still recommend.

I do DoorDash for a living and I was there late last night (2/16/23) and before I walked in the store I opened up the door for female customer as she thanked me politely for doing so.

There were two young ladies hosting in the front. I felt hostility coming from the taller Woman as I asked for the customer's order. They said it would be a 15 minute wait and the restaurant wasn't even busy at that point. But, nevertheless, I waited in my car, no problem.

As I waited the DD customer asked me to tell them to make sure all the sauces and napkins are in the bag before they tie it up. So, I walked back in and seen the taller Woman wiping the front door windows and asked her if she could make sure the DD customer has his requests fulfilled and she gave me a bad attitude as she said "they will make sure it's all in there" with a "brush me off" attitude. That wasn't good enough for me.

I was expecting her to go back there and tell them to make sure, so I took it upon myself to walk to the kitchen in the back and let one of the male servers know. He as well gave me the same "I don't want to deal with you" attitude but he decided to take it a step further and actually say something.

At this time, I decided to sit inside and wait in the closest table booth behind the wall that separates the booth from the hosts in the front and the podium stand that they were behind. All I heard was loud laughing while they played on the phone leading me to believe that the taller Woman was purposely being hostile towards me. Anyways, I waited while they entertained themselves and finally the food arrived 15 minutes later.

The Woman who gave me the food was very polite and I thanked her and got up to leave. As I left I said goodnight to the young ladies and the shorter one said goodnight back while the taller one remained silent.

Was one of the best steak houses I've been to. Good food for a good price. Waiter was friendly and efficient and got everything to us without getting anything mixed up. Will go again.

This was our second time eating here, and both times, they messed up the steaks. If you want your steak medium, ask for well done. Otherwise, that thing will be dripping blood. The rest of the food was OK at best. If you're looking for a good steak, tasty sides, and a good atmosphere, don't come here.
