We stopped by on our way from picking up a rescue puppy, just for a quick bite on the road. It wasn’t very good, most Taco Bell’s are better. but there wasn’t much around the area so as far as all the options go, we’d probably still stop at this location.

The lady named April was super awesome however to who was in the kitchen I guess didn't see that my tacos were supposed to be Supreme... no tomatoes and no sour cream.

Don’t expect fast food if you order to eat in or carry out. Drive thru get priority and that means one person to do all the eat in and carry out orders. Also I’ve never been there when the mango tea wasn’t out of syrup. So if you want it fast go through the drive thru or order on the app to pick up in the drive through. Otherwise you get to stand there watching one person slowly making orders

I have ordered from this location in the last two months. First time the fries were ice cold. Over heard Manager say they would give the older fries to a customer and make fresh fries for their family. That was in the store at that time. Today I received BURNT cinnamon bons. Burnt to the point that their was no filling inside. Also ordered a beef chalupa was very little meat inside. Basically I received a cold chalupa shell with a little cheese and sour cream and a tiny bit of ground beef in the bottom. I would not recommend anyone eating at the Berryville, Arkansas location. I am contacting corporate to ask for a refund for this order. I will go back to eating at my local Taco Bell in Huntsville, Arkansas. Where the food isn't burnt beyond eatable. I absolutely love Taco Bell food in general. Definitely avoid this location if you want eatable food.

I came through drive through.

I ordered as follows:

1 beef chalupa, no tomatoes + Add spicy ranch
1 soft taco , no tomatoes + Add spicy ranch
1 beef chalupa, no tomatoes
2 beef supreme chalupas
1 mexican pizza with onions
2 Dr peppers
1 water
1 strawberry lemonade

It was $44 and change.

Got my order, im missing 1 chalupa
The others i got had tomatoes.(my wife is allergic to tomatoes) so i went back through drive thru, explained i just came through and im missing a chalupa. Attendant disagreed with me that i was missing one. I assured him that i in fact was missing one because i ordered 4 total and i have 3 in my bag. I was missing the chalupa with no tomatoes and spicy ranch. Pulled up to the window, got the taco, and proceeded home.

Once i got home the taco was wrong still, as it was loaded with sour cream instead of spicy ranch like I asked, and it had tomatoes.

Needless to say my wife didnt get to eat because of whoever inside making food isnt paying attention and doesnt have enough ambition to focus on the quality of work they produce. I paid almost $45 on drive through tacos, thats rediculous. If thats the price, then i expect the food i purchased to be accurate.

I dont know if its:
- who trained them
- whos listening to orders and entering them in the system
- the food preps themselves, that dont care as soon as the shift manager is away
- or its the system itself malfunctioning

Truth is it doesnt matter. How the employees perform reflects the expectations of the manager, period.

Everyone in that building makes $12+ an hour. Show some ambition, get it together. I wont be back for food in that time frame any longer.
If i was in the managers shoes, i would have a very serious meeting with the night crew on 8-4-23.

Not a huge Taco Bell fan to begin with, but this has to be the worst Taco Bell on the planet. The crispy beef taco is so thin it looks like an empty taco shell. Nothing inside. I think I counted 5 little shreds of cheese. And the bean burrito was completely bland. No taste! We’ve given this place 2-3 tries. Sorry no bueno!

I got food poisoning from your food. Now you guys won’t pick up the phone during normal hours for me to address it. Worst place ever. Half the employees are rude and they’re okay with serving very old food that is not okay to be eaten. Go anywhere else. Horrible horrible place.
