Went to this McDonald's to have a bite to eat after a funeral... went in and no one was up front so we waited and after 5 minutes still no one. The a customer that had gotten an order that was apparently wrong went to the counter and then stepped back to let someone know and the girl started yelling at him because he couldn't be back there... he was still up front but I guess he crossed an imaginary line. I looked at the kiosk to place an order and it looked like it had snot or god knows what on it. So we left... if this is McDonald's plan for the future they will fail!

My Crispy Chicken sandwich was dry. Fries were good. The remodeling is finished. The lady who brought my meal was lovely.

I have worked at a McDonalds in the past, as has my husband, so this review comes from someone who knows how it is supposed to be done and what it takes to do the job right without even an expectation of perfection.
The service at this location is horrible. No one wants to take an order or come talk to customers. Tables are always dirty so you have to go find someone to clean one which takes forever because they hide in the kitchen and you literally have to hunt someone down. One visit my husband had to eventually step around the counter and poke his head in the kitchen and call out for someone just to get their attention. Once, there was a group of 3 behind the counter who would not stop their non-work related conversation and laughing long enough to wait on the growing line of customers building right in front of them and seemed annoyed when the customer closest to them interrupted them finally to ask for what they needed.
The food is bland, room temp. , and just slapped together. Messy. Someone must have complained because last time I was there the burger was so heavily over salted I couldn't eat it even after wiping it down with napkins trying to salvage it.
Employee attitudes are going to destroy this business. Everyone needs some serious training including the managers. The one we dealt with one day had no concept of customer service or how to manage a restaurant. They are unfriendly and totally unconcerned with doing their jobs or quality of food and service. We believe in giving a place 3 tries because everyone can have a bad day but we've given this place more than the 3 tries and it still fails to redeem itself. This place gets worse with every visit. We're finished. Cannot NOT RECOMMEND enough.

The manager Cindy is inconciderate of handicapped customers. She would not let me wait in the front of the building as I have for years ahead of her time there.she told me it was good I was never coming back. I needed to park at 4 to get my refund as well She needs repamanded

We swung by here for a quick breakfast on a motorcycle ride. The staff were beyond what you expect from most McDonald's employees. Sweet girls who did their job with a genuine smile. Kudos.

If I could give less stars, I would. Please use a different McDonalds than this one. We ordered curbside, waited for an hour and they claimed they "never" got my order that I already paid for. They made me reorder it and double charged me. When asked for a Manager, no manager was on duty. If your in Berryville and want some food your better off going to Taco Bell, KFC, or Sonic than this McDonalds.

I come here nearly daily and order the same thing, today while arriving the manager told me she would not honor my order (that I already paid for) and said there was nothing she could do, not even an apology for taking away my ability to eat dinner before an 8 hour shift
I recommend either closing early or quitting your job if you can't handle making hamburgers at 10pm

The food was your normal McDonald's food. The place was clean and the young lady at the register was so sweet and helpful.
