This is one of if not the worst McDonald's i have been too. Food piled up on belt at 2 pm biscuits from early morning. Chemicals uncontroled and employees unwilling to help lobby customers. I was picking up a delivery and didn't want to eat there. This is an everyday situation at this store.

We actually had a good experience on our visit here on our trip on the way to Missouri. The lady who took our order, the lady who took our payment, and the lady who gave us our food were very professional and helpful. They are a asset to the owner operator of this franchise. Food was hot and right, and it’s exactly the quality of food I expect to get visiting a fast food restaurant.

Clean place. Overall, OK, but service was really slow. At least they apologized, but maybe it would be faster if they didn't have their air pods in.

Chemicals on front counter (told manager she said sorry and walked away from them even after I explained the risk of having them on front counter $

CHICKEN NUGGETS ARE PRE-BOXED SO THEY CAN GET OLD AND THE WORKERS CAN CHILL AND TAK ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING TONIGHT AND LEAN THERE BUTTS WHERE THEY MAKE THE SANDWHICHES , ASKED FOR FRESH FOOD FOR MY SON AND IT WAS A ROLL OF THE EYES , AND EVEN THE MANAGER DIDNT CARE, I ADDRESSED THE NUGGETS AND FOOD WASTE AND SHE SAID OH OKAY , BUT THE CREW SAID SHE TOLD THEM TO DO THAT , ALL IN WHILE HER HAIR IS DOWN AND SHE ISNT EVEN IN UNIFORM SO WHY SHOULD THEY LISTEN HER WITH EVERYTHING ELSE , EVEN A DOORDASH PERSON SAID THIS STORE GENERAL MANAGER DOESNT CARE SO THATS WHY ITS LIKE THIS . This is truly disgusting !!!

New location but all kids working in there and the atmosphere was like a cafeteria. Lobby dirty bathroom huge mess. I seen the manager and he also was a teenager. So imagine teenagers with no supervision. But I can say they all were nice and respectful kids.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even noticed I was there. You can see the employees just standing there ignoring you drinking their own drinks, eating food while they stand there. Not a manager in sight. Food was hours old, dry, tasteless, and even though my order had no special requests, still got my order wrong. Lobby was cluttered, dirty, and all of the trash receptacles were completely full. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.

This McDonald’s always messes everything up. This was the 3rd time I’ve gone in a month because 3rd times a charm, right?! WRONG! My sprite had no syrup. Same happened with my Dr Pepper last time. The 10-1s are always dry like they didn’t change out the tray since this morning and my burger is all inverted. At this point I’ll drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a better one.

Young, rude, staff that don’t know what they’re doing! I watched a girl who was bagging food, grab chicken nuggets with her bare hands (no gloves) then preceded to the register, take cash, then back to bagging food, and AGAIN grab chicken nuggets with her bare hands. Not once did she wash her hands in between. This is absolutely disgusting!
