All of our food was cold the burger, the chicken sandwich, the chicken fingers fries everything was cold. The guy who waited on us had a big attitude, and when we went up to order coffee and dessert, he refused to service. The manager had to help us. she asked him to make a fresh pot of coffee and he told her no so she went over and did it herself. When we have gone to this Burger King before the service was always great the food was always hot. There was something wrong with that server today. Usually when I go to this Burger King we have very good service very friendly servers and the food is always hot when we get it but that server today had a major attitude problem with us and we didn’t do anything but walk in and try to order. But the manager was exceptionally nice to us. She gets four stars he gets minus one star.

One night my friend and I were coming home from a flight and it was 20 minutes to closing, and keagan roger and Ronnie served us. They were so cool and all three of them were very respectful even though we asked to order so close to the end of the night.

I hate to give bad reviews, but I’ve waited too long in their line too many times. I ordered on the app this time and waited for 30 minutes before I left. I’ll dispute the charge with my Chase and won’t be back to the Beebe BK.

Terrible service, burger wasn't made correctly, very dirty facility trash and food everywhere in the lobby. We usually always have great service at this location but not today.

Ordered on line at the Beebe BK, my Son in law went to pick up. Hadn't even started the order, so had to wait. Got the late order wrong, forgot the bacon. He had to go in and ask for bacon to be added your BK melts. Manager just tossed both sandwiches in the trash and started a new order. Buns were all frozen. Had to wait even longer. The manager just complained about her energy drink breaks. Finally got home with the order and it was absolutely terrible! We will never order from this one again.

My burger was crunchy and my fries were old. I ordered cookies. I was charged for them but I did not receive them. This location needs a new staff who doesn’t treat the customer like they are an inconvenience. From the rude girl at the drive through making inappropriate comments (“it already stank in here”) to the careless person overcooking my food. Terrible experience. Absolutely terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Advertised lobby open to 11pm...girl mopping floor said I'm not staying to 1030pm....then said she was going to lock up doors with us inside...no lettuce on royal chicken and onion rings were terrible ????

Very good service. We came in for breakfast, and it was fresh and delicious. The restrooms were also clean.
