My family loves dollar tree but are growing to dislike Batesville. It's always a mess. 90% of the times there is a employee either right beside the door or sitting on the bench smoking, there is a male employee that smells like marijuana. Plus Mandy (I think the manager) could be a little more people friendly.

Good for party supplies. Inexpensive items of all sorts, store was a bit of a mess on this visit and only one visible employee working.

Usually pretty good finds. Today was just walk in walk out, no long line, friendly staff & we were greeted coming & going out. Didn't find what I was looking for but still always stocked.

Not as clean as other dollar trees due to outdated and worn carpets and fixtures. Somewhat crowded on the shelves but that means more at reach. They try their best but the store needs an overhaul.

Lots of item selections but very disorganized. The lines can get very long and slow. The aisles are tight and many things are tossed back on the shelves in random locations. Staff is very friendly but they always seem understaffed. Clean up the store and add a couple more staff on hand so the lines are more reasonable. Waiting 20+ minutes to check out on more than one occasion.

We all love Dollar Tree. It can be a little cluttered and they're usually short handed but they always help. The store needs a remodel. The stores in Mtn.View and Mtn Home are so much bigger,more modern. The one at West Plains is amazing. Just give the ol girl a chance. She's been around a lot longer than than the rest

Good selection of products. Staff aren't rude but there never seems to be enough of them so they're always rushed. Don't go at lunch the wait to check out is way too long.

One employee was very rude disrespectful he had no good customer service skills no knowledge of how to use a register and dosent listen when someone says something he really should have never got the job and should be fired
