This place is always a hit or miss, but my family and I went here Sunday and the service and food were horrible. The restaurant wasn't busy whatsoever. Our waitress was decent. My biggest issue is when my mother in law went to the bathroom, an employee came in and rudely told her that she needed to hurry because they needed to clean it. She had JUST walked in. We won't be back. If you like rude employees and burnt ribs, this is definitely the place for you!

Oh man! The food was great!! A slow start, though! We arrived about 45 minutes before closing. The waitress was a little slow in taking our order. We enjoyed the food. My concern is that please keep the floor clean! The dirty floor makes me uncomfortable! Great food though!

The wait staff is very hard working and thorough. The food is the great quality you expect from a Colton's.
We were treated well even when we could tell the wait staff were tired and coming off of a big rush. Tip well, be courteous and gratuitous.

10/10 - Best steakhouse and general, full-service, dine-in place in town! Best atmosphere and menu selections. Prices are a tad high but I feel like they are worth the portions. Great service as well! Top notch staff - Ms. Debbie and crew will take good care of you!! Highly recommended.

Best atmosphere of any restaurant in Batesville, the rustic feel and western decor really make you want a big steak! Plus they are delicious ????

Seated,never greated. Would have sat forever if it wasn't for knowing someone who works here. Literally, how do u sit customers and leave them without drinks, without a waiter & without service.

I would not eat at this place again have now tryed two times and people are nice but the food needs work and for what you pay for it needs to come out right. You have to ask for stuff that would come on it at other places. When you get tomato that looks like they try to cut it so small its falles apart
