The new dipping taco was a disappointment.. save your money. Hardly any grilled cheese on it and the whole shell was cracked in half bc they put it in the very bottom of the bag.. Also, they left out our beefy melt burrito. Why is it that this Taco Bell ALWAYS leaves something out. We’ve made it a habit to check the amount of items in our bag before pulling out of the parking lot. The employees are nice but I’m tired of always having to pull back around to get what they’ve left out

So, it's the great Taco Bell flavors that we all love. But it seems like the line cooks here always make orders that look just like the picture. How cool is that! Oh, but kiosk ordering without menus...seriously...

Stick to the drive thru. Dining experience so bad. They removed over head menu so you have no choice but navigate the kiosk. Which lags out and just bad as each page has few items and you have navigate numerous pages. 15 minute + wait for food dining in. Portion sizes small steak fries more frees few peices steak drowned in sour cream. Watched four orders be returned for wrong or wait for remaining items of order. Freezing inside. Will stick with drive thru experience unless they find way screw that up.

I’m not sure how much longer we will keep going here. We love Taco Bell, but I’m really tired of getting old, and poorly thrown together food. The tortillas were hard, lettuce and meat was old, and they couldn’t even bother to put together my Crunchwrap where I could actually eat it! I know I’m not the only one with complaints either. Please fix this issue.. I’d rather not drive to VB for a decent Taco Bell.

Well... ...The hamburger tasted very old almost as bad as year old deer-burger. I ordered 4 tacos and only ate 2.I shouldn't have eaten them today [day later] I woke up sick.Trashed the other 2 tacos.

This was the 1st time I have been inside in a fery long time. I guess technology has left me behind and I must say, I don't like it. There are now kiosks that you place your own order at, then a person will hand yiu the food. No, if a real person can hand me the food, thru can STILL take my order - which they did, bit she seemed a bit bothered to have to do it. She was, however, more than happy to help me place my order at the kiosk thing. While the younger people, I am 52, whole heartily embrace technology, they will in the not so distant future, find themselves out of a job.

I ordered through the app my food was wrong. When I tried telling the lady on the phone she became defensive about how she packed the food and knew it was there. I called a different tacobell who have me my Doritos taco I was missing! That's all I wanted!!
