This locations decor was very unique and comforting. Food was fast and fresh.Only thing that topped this stores decor and food was it's service. Paula and all the others ( sorry did not get their names) were true five star top of the line service providers. Store was a prize winning example of fast food excellence and creativity. Big thanks to them all and may the Good Lord richly and continually bless them all.

I was in the lobby and made a mobile order while I worked on my computer. The app says they will bring you your order when it's ready, hints why you give them your table number... I waited 20 + minutes for a coffee. Went up to the front and told them. After a while I heard someone from behind the counter ask to the lady out there sweeping if there was anyone in the lobby needing an order and -without even checking- she answered no. I had to yell "yes" for them to give me my freaking order. Which they just left at the counter. Later I heard them all talking to a customer about how they had 3 people no call no show and one being a manager. There was hardly ANYONE there while I was there. So it's not like they were hella busy.
Super unprofessional and terrible service.

Food is usually fresh when we go. Occasionally cold fries. The workers are not very friendly and seem miserable. When in the drive thru when ordering the person says "what else", that just seems rude. I worked at restaurants when I was younger and was taught to speak to people respectfully......

Just went here again and my drink was not filled all the way. It was for my son that doesn't need too much soda so I didn't complain. But if it was mine I would have asked for more.

Eat here for breakfast once or twice a week. Order off the app. Food is always fresh and hot. My frappes are nice and creamy. Staff is always friendly. Inside is always clean. Only suggestion I have is to paint the drive trough lanes to make them more visible. People can't seem to understand the concept of one line until you get to the front . Then choose a kiosk. Instead they make two lines of cars blocking the driveway and driving around people in line that have been waiting for their turn.

Pathetic!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Everytime I visit this establishment, I have to remake my burger. There is never anything (condiments or fixings) on the burgers that is supposed to be on them. I bring it home and put everything on myself. Give them all raises and pay them $15 an hour immediately!!!

Who said that those kiosks where you order yourself with a good idea I mean people need some person-to-person communication in life and if that's the only place that you ever go you don't exactly want to order it through a kiosk there is something called customer service and if you do have a kiosk make sure that it works

Sometimes your order is correct sometimes not. And they have a few employees who don’t know how to put coupon codes in. Half of the can’t even count. Made another visit. Lied to me and said I had to wait 15 minutes to redeem a reward after using a deal. Went in today and done it on a kiosk just fine.
