Had a mishap with door dash order that was not the sonics fault and when we got there they were very nice, gave us our food and some coupons. Our car hop Izrael was very nice and attentive.

Asked for strawberry flavor in my ocean water and I was told they didn't have strawberry flavoring so they just put strawberries in it. So this is a place can serve all kinds of drinks but doesn't have strawberry flavor to put in a drink????????? But I can order it through the app and get it.????

Our order was out lightening fast! The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend their drinks, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings.

Something seems to be missing or inflation is a lot higher than expected in Alma, Ar. I guess all the onion piled high on one end is to offset the lack of bread on the other? To make it worse, I had to wait on this because they forgot to include it with the rest of my order. So in short, i waited twice as long for half as much, very disappointed.

I ordered a banana shake with extra banana. They did not put any of the fresh banana they advertise in the shake. They used banana syrup and still upcharged me for the extra banana they didn't use. I was offered a free cheeseburger with purchase by customer service, but they have not added that to my account. It's been three days and still no further response by email...

This sonic is notorious for messing up my drinks. Ask for little ice and get a cup full to the brim, because they were out of tea. They also, don't ever add the vanilla syrup I pay for in my drinks.

Great service, I should be put in the corner in time out for laughing because I wasn't able to hold my composer because my last name was heard wrong and we get that alot. The app refused to let me check in for some reason and the employee had issues locating my name but thankfully she found my purchase. I was in no way laughing at the employee in any means. I couldn't help laughing of mistaken of the last name of Snakes ????. It reminded me of the time I had gone to church with my parents and the had a thing where you go and eat lunch in their gym and right over the desserts it had temptation on the wall. So that's the reason my humor box turned over. ????

It was an awful experience! I didn't even order because of the rude vibes I was getting from the workers.
So I don't even know about the food quality.

Always my go to place for my quick pick me up cold drinks hamburgers onion rings the new chicken bites are good I advise erbody to try them
