Absolutely fantastic, I had the Cajun shrimp alfredo. We had a great experience. The waiter was great, and the manager(Malik)came out and visited with us for several minutes. We will definitely be back.

The service at this place was amazing some of the most friendly people you’ll ever meet and they took great care of us. The food prices were a little higher than I was anticipating and the menu we received didn’t have the current pricing so our bill was a little surprising. The food was good I had the Sue’s special with grilled fish and both gumbo and etouffee. If you love Cajun food I’d recommend checking it out just be prepared to pay.

Amazing food. Had the catfish dinner along with a gator side and key lime pie dessert.
You get what you pay for here and it's worth every dime.
Perfect Cajun food and friendly service.

Honestly, the bartenders here were the best on my trip thus far. Brittany and Ruth were queens! They introduced us to a new perfect refreshing beverage, great local stories and suggestions for fun. The food was cheap for the quality. Will 100% come back on our next visit.

WARNING - do not faint when you see the prices for this small rural cafe. The portions are enormous, so two can share an order or take half of it home for another meal.

400+ reviews for an eatery outside a mountain town of only 5,000 souls? That should tell you something. We lived in New Orleans and we’re picky about our "nourriture cajun et créole"! This place is authentic -- they have fully dressed fried oyster po'boys if that means something. I had that and dear wife had a packed crawfish tail wrap. Half and half sweet tea. Side of cheesy grits, which were delicious. Grands hélas!

We’ve been accidentally on the way to Arkansas, but I thought the following day to go back for this Key Lime Pie. Just delicious!
Decent shrimps and salad. Etouffee was perfectly cooked, very tasty.

It would be great to change tap water for filtered and bring back the hat to crocodile.

Thank you for the homie Cajun experience; that was delightful!

Food was not very good. Red beans and rice was very salty and bitter. Like the spices were scorched. The boudin balls were fried in grease that was to hot. The outside was super crunchy and the inside was mushy. The crab cakes were the same. Over cooked outside inside was mushy. Sadly, the 4.6 star review did us dirty.

Cajun food memories. Been 19 years since I last enjoyed Cajun food and Crawpappy's brought back great memories. Left full but without a heavy stomach. No room for dessert. The ladies working there made us feel so welcomed. I look forward to returning to this great establishment.
