Gas station, grocery, and a pleasure to shop for breakfast items, lunch meat items, even make you a sandwich for lunch and you don't have to ask for napkins,, there with, sandwich, chips and drinks,
Light grocery store items also.
Hot weather, equals cold beverages there.
Friendly employees, eager to help.

very convenient since there is not gas station within a 10 miles radius, have all you need, reasonable prices....very much convenient and people are very friedly
