Everything was great only a few down sides which made them not get five stars. It was extremely difficult to hear each other even across a small table.
The water tasted like tap water, unfiltered.
The steaks were cooked perfectly. My husband had a 20 ounce ribeye and I had steak tips. Very tender. We both had mashed potatoes, his were loaded mine were plain, again great. His second side was corn, very tasty and I had a ceaser salad, small and heavy on the dressing but still quite tasty. The rolls that were a starter are warm and came with two kinds of butter, again very nice. Please see pictures. The restaurant was quite busy on a Tuesday early evening.

We had Hannah as our server tonight, and she was fabulous! She was so sweet and did an amazing job. Brought us our food, drinks, and sauces timely and had a huge smile on her face the whole time. We know Kat from our yoga class and had an amazing time talking to her as well, and she looked like she was taking great care of her guests too. We will definitely miss her! Next time you're there, definitely see if you can sit in Hannah's section, she will do you right! If I could give these two 10/5 stars, I would. (This is at the Benton location)

My steak was over cooked and I didn’t have time to wait on a new one so the waitress said she would have it taken off. Then, proceeds to come back and say that the manager said she couldn’t unless I give the steak back! I still got charged for my tea and my fries! The manager never came to address me, even after I spoke to the waitress about the way the manager handled the situation. That is not a good manager and I will not return. Our waitress was a good waitress and that had to be embarrassing for her. We still tipped her.

Excellent to go meal. Ordered my steak rare and it was actually rare. Salad is always excellent with the eggs and croutons. Ribs super tender and shrimp was off the chain. Excellent.

This is by far a place to take family and get a great quality budget steak. On average on my family of 4 bill averages around 55 to 65 depending on the size steak I get.

I would recommend this for budget dining without question, you can beat the cost quality ratio ????????????????????. Maybe they will let me make some content to show you better than I can tell you. ????????????????????????

On this gorgeous Friday night, we arrived at 6pm and checked in by phone, being told there was a 35 minute wait. We used that time to run a couple of quick errands in the nearby shopping center. About 45 minutes later, we received a text message that our table was ready.

They were PACKED but our server was accurate, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The 4 of us were out within an hour, having appetizers and entrées. Our elementary aged kiddo got a cup of chili, which was a perfect size for her after the appetizers. Two kids and two adults, drinking water and with 1 appetizer ended up at $65 before tip.

Fantastic Easter Sunday lunch. Perfectly cooked medium rare sirloin. Fresh baked rolls, mashed potatoes, green beans, and tea. Excellent service.

Been here an hour, ordered 45 minutes ago and still have no food. Completely unacceptable.

UPDATE: Because the food took so long we had to take our food to go (an hour and a half later). We get home and my wife's $15.99 steak salad has no meat on it, just lettuce and dressing on the side

UPDATE PART 2: I spoke with management and they made things right. I guess one of the reasons I was so disappointed is because I have been there before and was completely satisfied. Management explained and made things right so I am adjusting to three stars. Will give another try and do another review.
