At the establishment, there is an employee named Desiree, who is accompanied by several male colleagues whose behavior often comes off as rather immature and seemingly conspiratorial. There have been instances when Desiree appeared to neglect her responsibilities. During such instances that I have personally witnessed, she spent an extensive amount of time, sometimes up to an hour or two, in the restroom, which led to a neglect of her assigned tasks. Regrettably, there is a noticeable level of unprofessional conduct in the workplace. In my opinion, the management might want to consider recruiting staff who demonstrate a serious commitment to their roles and manifest a genuine concern for the customers, instead of those who seem to lack the necessary maturity and dedication for their work.

My Name is Renee and I went to the Keith’s in Wilmer for some mints. I walked up to the counter and the girl told me she couldn’t serve me because the computer was down and second she couldn’t serve me because my purse was to large!!!!! She said I should have noticed the sign on the door. ( there are numerous
signs everywhere on the doors, so the one about don’t bring a purse in didn’t stick out) needless to say I won’t be going back in any of their stores and will share my experience with everyone I come in contact with. Where do they think women carry their money?????I guess every woman with a purse is a thief in their eyes?????

I've stopped in this store going and coming from Mississippi to Georgia for 3 years and today you lost my business! An employee stopped me and stated that store policy doesn't allow large purses in the store. First off; my purse is not large, secondly this purse has been in this store more than she has, and lastly I will be sharing this experience with absolutely every single person I know or come in contact with. Hope this new policy was worth it.

6$ for a burger...9 for a plate with two sides. People only stop here if in case of an emergency. If u can go to the next place IMO..

My experience at Keith's super store was more than unfavorable. I went there to get a bloody sprite cranberry and they did not have it. Now I understand that but how do you have a flipping sprite Christmas tree but no sprite cranberry! This will be a memorable experience none the less but when I rage war on the world it us because of this super store.

I stopped for gas and for some reason my card still has a pending charge. I've contacted the card company and the person that waited on me said there was nothing he could do, that's he didn't know anything about it. Well I'm done. It's not a large amount and that's not the point. The employs were more interested in talking and cutting up than helping me. I'll do business with the little gas station down the road from now own

After stopping here five or six times, passing through as a semi driver, I won’t stop again. When you stand ready to check out with your merchandise, and employees are sweeping the floor or other tasks, seeing you are ready to check out, and make no effort to help, that only tells me they think I have all the Time in the world. While the food is good, it isn’t worth me losing 30 minutes of drive time! If you drive a tractor trailer, I would advise you to stop elsewhere!

This is a great place. Always clean and stocked. People are very friendly. But the hours listed on the internet are definitely not the store hours. They close a lot earlier than it’s listed
