Best summer sausage ever! The jalapeño/cheese smoked sausage has a great taste also but casing is a little big. Haven’t tried the burger yet but heard from others that it’s great too.

Will let you know this is my first of my black Angus I've had butchered here will let you know in about a month, ok had my first butchered and now having my second this place is amazing they handle everything extremely professional!!! Best place in the lower alabama and florida panhandle I've found! Hope they dont go getting a big head and raising their prices so only the rich can go here! But all in all this place I would highly recommend to anyone needing butchering!

Ordered summer sausage and got nothing but smoked sausage. Hopefully the smoked is as good as the reviews say.
