LOVED! We are new in the area and haven’t had a chance before to try out this chain of fast food restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised how great the food is and the staff. The few times we’ve been there have been awesome - which seems to be a rarity these days, especially since COVID. We’ve tried a few different things food-wise that have all been really great. Can’t wait to try breakfast yet given they make their own biscuits. LOVE the hot honey sandwich. The chicken fingers are my favorite though - they aren’t drenched in breading like most places & are hand breaded. The dessert pies (apple and strawberry/cream) were a nice change - still made the yummy way - fried lol. Milkshakes hand scooped - YUM! Good selection on their menu of varied options. We loved how reasonable to prices were too! And the staff was top notch - greeted us each time we came in, helpful with the menu since we were new and all of them were actually working and busy while we were there; none playing on their phones or chatting with each other ignoring customers like you usually find nowadays. Restrooms were tidy. Only downside would be the could probably use someone monitoring tables in dining room better to keep them wiped as the turnover. But what a great chain - wish they had them up north! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Biscuit and gravy ???? More like biscuit and flour water. Service is always hit or miss. Wait times are usually excessive and food still normally isn’t right. Typical “fast” food restaurant I suppose.

Third time here. Always good service at the drive-through. Plan-Jane meals for lunch and supper. Breakfast was ok but a bit below expectations. My wife's BEC Biscuit was ok but a bit soft and crumbly... kinda kine it was made 6 hours before and reheated in the microwave.
My LOADED CHEESY hashbrowns were neither loaded and NOT cheesy. Looked good, but it was a light topping, and below was just a pile of uncovered hashbrowns. Verybkittle cheese if white stuff that looked like dressing was cheese. No real flavor. As for the bacon...LOOK for yourself at the photo... maybe 2 crumbs?
As for 'chilis'(??) or whatever the green was, it, like the cheese, had no flavor. It could be it was just to small/few pieces to taste it.
Overall, not a good value at all.
Promotional garbage. Try Wendy's for loaded... may not taste any better but at least you can taste the cheese and they load the beacon crumbles.

We eat lunch there once a week. The last two times , it has taken a long time to get food. Today there were about 8 people standing around waiting fir their food! Some said they had waited 20 min, some 40 min, some were asking for refunds because their lunch break was over and they couldn't wait longer! Orders were given to wrong people or food wrong in bag! It was chaotic! Drive thru line was wrapped around building and not moving. Two employees were sweeping kitchen and you could tell cashier didn't want to be there (bad attitude). People should be able to come get their food without such delays, they will go elsewhere!

Walked out after standing there with no service. 2 other people ahead of me also walked out.
Manager with pony tail was walking around and did not even ask for our order and this was about 1:00 in afternoon.
The ladies was working the driver thru but as a manager he could have helped his ladies ( workers) instead of looking important and worried about his cell phone.

There was a very nice gentleman that took our order, his customer service is impeccable! He absolutely made up for the fact that his manager knew absolutely nothing. She basically stopped production of everything while we waitied just to figure out who was going to close. He on the other hand continued to work and run circles around her while she just stood there. Barking orders to people that just caused a ton of confusion. He could run that Jack's so much better. Please give him her job!

I absolutely love it here!
The food is inexpensive and very good or at least mine is if other customers food isn't as good maybe you just don't get the VIP treatment and you should probably do some soul searching, I can't give enough compliments to the staff because I don't know all of their names but I will work on that. (You know who you are)
Anyway I highly recommend anybody traveling through stop by and let management know they need to hand raises, and not that Penny or nickel stuff put an actual percentage in there

This place is awful! I used to be a manager for a Jack's years ago and this place makes me want to gag. Their adherence to food safety protocols are nonexistent (definitely don't order their fingers after 5pm cuz they shut down the heater that keeps them in temp). Their ability to produce an accurate order is as good as a fish's ability to climb a tree. Their cashiers are so spaced out and inattentive to the customers that they don't even return your card after paying for your food and most likely will double charge you because they forgot they already paid for your food. I watched multiple customers have to go in and complain because either their order was wrong or they were charged for someone else's order. I had to wait 50 minutes for two cheeseburgers as well.
