I placed an order and when it was delivered it was burnt around the edges, the pizza wasn’t even cut and to add too that the garlic butter they sent was opened and had ran all over the box. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she would give me credit on my order and when I called today they said they had no record of it. See the pictures. I spent $62.00 dollars and they act like it was nothing.

Ordered Pizza today with bad experiences in the past. Ordered my pizza through the Papa Johns App at 17:13. App initially advised the pizza would be ready in approximately 120 minutes.
I initially thought all hope was lost..
At 17:53 the driver delivered my pizza fresh, hot, and contained quality.
Shocked that they had improved from past experiences and cut the ready time in half, I felt they deserved a positive review.

I ordered the pizza from the website and was given a 64 minute wait time. The order was apparently ready in less than 20 minutes but I did not receive any notification. When I got to the store I saw pizza dough sitting in a container on the floor and both line employees looked like they had been rolling in the pizza dough their uniforms were that dirty. When I explained my irritation with the cook time I was informed it was automated and there was nothing that could be done. I have worked for pizza places in the past and those automated times are set by management. So I paid 50$ for lukewarm pizza. This location needs a serious staff change or it will fail. I will not be returning.

Order online if you want a pizza delivered, Do not call the store to order! I got put on hold and was forgotten about, then the girl I talked to couldn't understand a simple order, I had to keep repeating myself. Then I received very burnt pizza! It should never have left the store. I called again to have it remade, and was put on endless hold again! After 10 minutes I hung up and called again, and spoke to the manager who FINALLY began having my pizza remade. Now it's 10 PM, over 1.5 hours after I ordered and we still have no pizza.... Delivery is almost never available. If I gotta go out to get pizza, I'm gonna just eat out. Even when they had delivery, it took forever. They should get new management or close it.

Never ordering from this store again. Going on 2 hours and still no delivery. My wife ordered online, the delivery time was set at 30-40 minutes. The store is 10 minutes away (9.2). My wife called asking about our delivery, the website said that it was delivered, she was hung up on twice. Food finally got delivered 2 hours+ after ordering and there is hair in the box

Great pizza, but you'll almost never get your order if you ordered delivery. Ordered in advance, waited nearly 3hrs AFTER the estimated delivery, and it never came. Had to cancel. This has happened multiple times with this location. They desperately need more drivers. The staff is kind, but appear overwhelmed. Dominos pizza sucks in comparison, but is much better on service. I would recommend Little Caesars over this though if you have to get out to your car anyway.
