Never been to a Jacks before. Figured to give it a try based on reviews.

First the bathroom is dirty.
Placed my order noticed they are very unorganized inside and the kitchen area looks pretty dirty as well.
Can see old grease on the cookers front and on the other appliances, tea containers looked like something was growing on them.

Ordered the Big Jack add bacon combo and a small chocolate milkshake.

The burger had crumbles of bacon that were very hard (old), burger was bland and the tomato and lettuce were discolored (not fresh).
Thought cheese came on it by looking at the photo, guess I was mistaken.
The milk shake not very tasty and wouldn’t recommend.
Definitely should have went somewhere else.

I go here for breakfast most mornings. There is NEVER sausage in the gravy which is funny. Pretty sure it’s called a SAUSAGE GRAVY biscuit. Not a PLAIN GRAVY biscuit.

I met Mr. Nathan at the register as I place my order. He was super down to earth and cool. I felt as if I was at home in this Hayden Jack's establishment thanks to him... The jack corporation should probably get a DNA sample from him and clown him to work at each location. Iv never felt that welcomed at a fast food restaurant in my life!!????????

These poor people were understaffed today but they are working their hardest. I appreciate what they're doing and have been in that situation myself. The woman in charge was so kind and was being such a good boss making sure her employees were doing okay as everyone rushed around and helped each other out, all while taking orders, filling orders, and trying to find help from other stores. They all need and deserve a raise.

My food is correct, the person reading the order had it correct when reading it back. My wife's order was completely wrong and when we tried to call and talk to the store to correct it, it just rang every time we called. We live 20 mins out and can't go back. Disappointed in paying for a meal we won't eat

We placed our order and the guy working behind the counter was going to get our box and the other guy literally box the chicken up. I was wandering why the guy was dropping the chicken and biscuits in the box like a airplane and then gave it away to someone in the drive thru and then the other guy said I’m sorry they gave your chicken away. The cashier was lost for words when the guy gave it away he just stood there and said sorry ma’am he gave your chicken. We just got our money back he literally did it on purpose. It was not a good experience at all. The cashier was the only nice person

We went by last night for dinner it was about 20 minutes until closing time, we ordered two meals and an extra drink and an extra fry, we were told we'd have to wait for the fries and burger meat to be cooked, which was fine so we pulled up and waited. The employee that brought our order out wasn't very friendly and acted annoyed that we were even there. Our fries were hot, but the burgers were cold despite supposedly being freshly cooked. The employee taking our order and at the window also seemed a bit annoyed we were coming through so late. I understand that they probably want to go home, but if an establishment closes at 11pm they should still be prepared to make orders until 11pm and clean after 11pm so that any customers that come before aren't treated as though they're an inconvenience because you've probably already gotten things cleaned up. Overall it was okay and the food was okay. I wouldn't go back late night though just because of the service you'll receive.

Filthy and employees yell talking to one another about various inappropriate topics. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Blood on the floor, management uninterested and not helping or correcting employees.
