I always order mine online well enough in advance. I'll even be late getting there to pick it up, and it's never ready. The Brookwood restaurant always call me when they don't have pizza. This location doesn't. Customers walking out empty handed as I type this....it's a shame.

Would have given all 0s but there was no option. Came in at 7 p.m. all lights on, 8 people in line waiting to order and workers told me they were closed. NO closed sign on the door. I guess 2nd shift didn't come in they were ready to go home. Restaurant is filthy and workers are rude. This wasn't my first bad experience. Just close it down if you can't keep it clean or hire decent employees.

Stood in line for 10+ minutes and when I got to the order counter THEN they decide to tell me they only have wheat bread. They should have put up a sign or told people as they walk in. I watched other people walk out after standing in line for several minutes because of their lack of communication. Huge waste of time every time I come here

Being charged $5 for that's right now that two slices of cheese when I leave the bacon$8 four slices of bacon that we didn't ask for it's nuts and it wasn't even the meals

It should not take 30 minutes to put together 2 sandwiches with zero customers or online orders. Needs better employees ????

As soon as I walked in. On of the workers heavy set old lady had an attitude. She kept cutting me off before I could tell her what bread. Then complained that I had a random sandwich instead of one of the sandwiches on the menu and just kept complaint that she wants to go home. I mean literally didn’t have to say one thing and she was already irritated
