Very expensive food that is not that great. Took forever to get waited on cause the women that was working were not paying attention to customers. Once I finally got to order took forever to get my food. I ordered fried pickles and they cost $4.99 and you only get a hand full and they are definitely not worth what I paid for them. I can go down the street to red zone and get the best fried pickles you have ever ate for $6.99 and you get almost 3 time what you get here and better service and better food. Definitely will not be back or recommend to friends or family.

The older workers that work there are so very rude. I always try to eat somewhere 3 times hoping it will get better. We stopped there 3 times and they’re always so rude. They will not even open the window when they’re standing there looking at you. They will turn their back to you. They are rude, High priced and their hot fudge cake is nasty. I hope someone else takes over.

Great burgers fries and ice cream sundaes. Ordered large burger, all the way, small salad with ranch dressing, and hot hamburger with fries, gravy and onions. To-go dinner for two for $15. Favorite place with the locals. A hot hamburger is an open faced bun, two burger patties, brown gravy with or without onions and cheese. Also comes with fries and gravy on the fries if you want. There is no hand out menu but everything is written on the glass window. Yum yum.

I was here just last week with some local friends. I can honestly say... I don’t know how this place gets such great reviews. The food wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t anything exceptionally magnificent either.
I ordered the double cheeseburger with a side of fried pickles and a large strawberry shake.
The shake (a fellow reviewer recommendation) was huge and very good!!! The double cheeseburger didn’t have thick evenly formed patties or any kind of house sauce. It was just an ordinary boring burger to say the least.
The fried pickles were small in size and not tasty at all. I prefer Zaksby’s better!
My friends also raved about this so called excellent ranch dressing. Again, I’m confused what was so great about it. Probably ordered from Sysco or some other food supply chain.
The interior was grossly outdated and boringly dull!

Elizabeth took our order and was very polite, answering all my questions as this was my first visit.

There is always a long wait but the food is worth the wait. Always friendly service and great tasting meals

Very rude workers who over charge you. Stay clear of this place unless you want to pay $10.50 for a hamburger kids meal with cold, unsalted fries!!

Asked for a hamburger with ONLY lettuce, tomato and pickles. Not difficult to make, but recd one loaded with everything including extra onions on one bun. Not a big deal unless you are 12, playing in a tournament down the street with only 18 minutes to spare, this is your one opportunity to eat in 8 hours and you have a sensitivity to onions. Would never stop here again. My rating of 1 was me being gracious . Not worth the money I paid.

Had to wait over an hour to get my hot hamburger only to find out the waitress had forgot to call me up and give me my food while it was hot so therefore my food was cold the service was really not her fault they just did not have any help
