I usually stop here during breakfast. The employees really move the drive thru line pretty quickly which is appreciated as most people are headed to work during that time of morning.

The Crestwood Jack's is a trainwreck. The employees appear to be seething with distain for their jobs, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere dining inside. There's no sense of urgency when dining inside, to take your order, or get the food to you. A 20 - 30 minute wait is the usual at breakfast, from entering the restaurant until getting your food.

Everything I had was ok, nothing special Except the green beans. The green beans are really good!!! I would love to know what ingredients they add. I would buy the green beans to add to green bean casserole if they sold bigger containers.

Came through here on our way back from Gulf Shores back to Indiana
We had never been to Jack's before, and we chose this over BK and Subway across the street. The food wasn't the gretest and it was cold. The restaurant and bathrooms were very dirty. I personally wouldn't go back.

I ordered 2 #5 (2 cheeseburger meal). My cheeseburgers were cold. The cheese was not melted and the meat was cold.

The fries were hot but extra soggy.

Didn’t get part of my order. Called and the manager hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Asked for no tomatoes and still got them. Did not get fried with my order at all. Patties were cold as well.
