I have known Joe Blackburn since we were officers in the Army together over 25 years ago. So, when my mother-in-law asked me to help her sell her land, I knew exactly who I could trust to handle the sale. She had over 300 acres of land to sell and Joe with the help of Dalton divided the property into three tracts and got the listings published on 5/3/23. By 6/13/23 we had numerous showings and a contract on the North tract by 6/13/23 with a close of 7/31/23. Amazing work by Dalton showing the property to numerous interested buyers and closing the deal in just over a month. Joe stayed in contact with us to let us know exactly what was going on with the property. I would highly recommend Joe and Dalton to anyone who is interested in either selling for a very reasonable price or buying.

We anticipate closing the remaining two tracts before the end of August 2023. GREAT JOB TEAM BlACKBURN!
