This jacks was DISGUSTING! Nothing was clean and there were flies everywhere. The prep area, ice cream cooler, restrooms, everything was dirty. No one had on hairnets. The ranch was sitting out on the front counter uncovered. It was gross. Then we got our food and it was bland and the ranch was warm and watery. I usually love jacks ranch but if this was my first time I would never want it again.

My wife went to jacks this morning in Somerville to purchase breakfast for my family and another family. She went through the drive thru, customer service was friendly although they left a few things off the order. My daughter went inside to use the restroom and informed me there was no TP in the stall. After my wife returned to our house with the breakfast, I got 3 bites into my chicken biscuit before I noticed a baby roach was mixed in with the biscuit batter and baked. Picture attached. Little upset I spent $50 this morning and ended up trashing the food.

Food was great and customer service was awesome. The ladies went out of their way to help us when we had to have a small birthday party there last minute because the weather was way to cold to have at the park. Everyone had a great time despite being at a lil fast food chain.

Sat in drive thru line for fifteen minutes with no movement. Went in to order, 20 minutes later still no food. Either change management or get better workers. Will probably never go here again. Absolute worst experience. Could have gone down to a sit down place and been done quicker. Fast food is a laughable statement.

Always a line outside and inside. There is no hurry to get your food out. This restaurant is always dirty from front registers to lobby to bathrooms which is totally disgusting. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Employees just have a don't care attitude and don't care if there is thrash running over or tables are dirty...I have seen roaches and flies in abundance in this store...there is always one manager that always has hickeys from one side of neck to the other and is one of the rudest managers to customer complaints. This jacks needs to be bulldozed down and start over and check who they hire.

Well, it's been a year since I have been here last. I was so disappointed in the product. I got two chicken finger dinners and I only got 3 in my box and they were so small. The coke was terrible.. the frys didn't have any season on them. I was really surprised after having such a great experience last time I went. I'm not sure if I'll be back if this how they're going to be going forward.

This Jack's is always soooo slow! I have never gone and had my order in less that 15 minutes, and never gotten my order right without having to loop back through and get something they messed up or left off. This place needs a complete staff overhaul, and a major clean up!

Probably the worst Jacks we've been to. The customer service was non-existent. There was a lady inside that said she was waiting for 30 minutes in drive thru after she was parked. The employees had apparently forgotten about her until she came in to complain. Then, the cashier told the lady in front of us that they had to serve more food and clear orders before she could take more orders. This is an obvious sham by the employees to make their times look better when they were horrible. After waiting almost 15 minutes to place our order, the cashier couldn't even use one ounce of manners. No please, thank you, or any other type of kind word. The food was ok, but when we went to use the restroom afterwards, it looked like nobody had cleaned it in weeks (or ever for the air vents). The garbage was overflowing onto the floor and there was garbage all over the floor. The air return vent had so much disgusting dust and grease that it appeared to be barely capable of working. Between the rude employees, the horrible wait times, and the filthy bathroom, we will likely never go back.
