The food was excellent - hot and fresh. The employees were nice and professional. I did not deduct stars for a broken hand dryer in the bathroom, as paper towels were available. Also, our order was missing a macaroni and cheese side, when we picked it up at the counter, which was immediately handed to us when we mentioned that it was missing. All four of us - hubby, two of our grandchildren, and myself were happy that we stopped in the rain to eat a late lunch here!

Not exactly my best or worst Popeyes experience.. the service was a bit lacking, just a it's this much, give me your card, here is your card back, here is your food, that's it. The spicy blackened chicken did not disappoint, tasty! the chicken box had room temp chicken and fries and several fries were still frozen. Not exactly a good experience for my $14

My wife ordered the family meal and waited in line. Found one box had a very tiny wing and thigh, while the breast piece was a good size. On top of that, they forgot to put the potatoes in the order. There's a print slip to show the crew member everything that goes in the bags.
Now try calling up there to speak with someone and they don't answer the phone!

It took us 30 minutes inside to get 3 chicken sandwich meals. It was not a clean restaurant. No napkins, silverware or straws available unless you wait in line and ask for it. Very poor management. Stopped in on the way home from the beach to grab a sandwich and drive thru was backed up so we went inside to order but we should have just drove through. Manager looked to be getting drive thru food faster than in house customers. Won’t stop again because this stop put us 30 minutes plus on our quick bite to eat. Can’t complain about the chicken sandwich because they are always good.

This was a great visit. I read some of the other posts and it is a mixed review. My experience was pretty good. The young lady took my order and got it right. There was no line so the wait was minimal. There was a line of cars at the drive through but the seemed to be moving quickly. The food was correct and the place appeared clean and well maintained. This could be because the place is new and has not had a lot of usage.

Every time I come to this location they never have any of the special items like the ghost pepper wings or the hush puppies shrimp i think if you don't never have them stop advertising them the point is every other location have them and its bad enough that the fries are never hot will not come to this location again

Ridiculous. Should have known this place would be slow like ALL Popeyes are. And the employees attitudes are horrendous. We finally left. Shout out to Fooscaklys around the corner. Great service and food.

I love there food there chicken was crispy and fresh this is the best Popeyes I ever visited and the manager Iyana was great she was very generous and they made sure my order was correct I would eat at this Popeyes every chance I get..❤️❤️
