It was my 1st time visiting here going through the drive-thru. My order was an M&M Blast. The customer service was great & and the drive-thru service was quick. You don't get many of that service now. The kid that took our order was very professional. Thank you for being respectful! ????

Someone need to shut this place down!!!! I use to be a frequent Sonic customer when I lived in another state. Since I moved here, I've been tremendously disappointed by the service I received at this location. They gave me old chicken tenders and cold fries. To make matters worse, I waited 30 minutes for my food!!!! I had to call them through the intercom to get them to bring out my order. The lady I talked to at the restaurant was rude when I requested a refund and expressed my anger about receiving old food. I ordered through the mobile app, so she said I had to call a 3rd party company just to get my money back. I will NEVER visit this location again. They are on their last leg anyway with all of the local Sonic's closing down. Good riddance!!!!

Service was great! Ease of ordering leaves much to bring desired. Finally placed order. 1jr. Ch.brg. 1 med onion ring and 2 limeade. No cheese on burger and very very small o.rings. Demanding app it seems for good service. The menu is impossible to see when parked. Driver had to open door and describe menu to passenger

Food was great and staff was great, my problem is that when you have kids or multiple people or any situation for that matter, and you drive two seconds to the window to add something so you don’t hold up their line, telling a customer you can’t add something at the window no matter times or anything and I understand fast food drive thru efficiency. Just pointing out that the manager was the one making this call and as a business owner, if I had a manager preventing me from making more money she would be fired immediately. There’s no excuse to make someone have to either get out of their car to order or go back around it’s just sad and a tactic this manager used to not have to do more work again sad. Do better.

Everything came out fresh and the only carhop (I think his name was Raif on the ticket) was awesome! I have a soft spot for sonic since I used to work at the one in Foley (miss my crew!) so seeing awesome staffing like him is amazing! Keep it up and treat them well!

My husband and I visited this sonic location drive thru today only to be rushed to order the young girl working the drive thru was unpleasant and apon reaching the window she recited my order excluding the last item . I politely asked her to add that to my order she did she handed me a large milkshake with chocolate running down the side and the lid not properly on i asked for a couple napkins she said they're in the bag I said yes but I need a few more there's chocolate running all over the cup she reluctantly game me two more napkins I asked for ketchup and mustard and she briskly responded it's in the bag I looked their was no ketchup or mustard in the bag. She then paused I said would you like to check. Customer service is incredibly important especially when their are so many fast food options.

Atmosphere? My car isn't romantic, but comfortable. It's Sonic, we go for their drinks and pretzels. I did, this time, have their medium chili fries. It seemed more like a small to me. Decent I guess. Not thrilled, but maybe you prefer your chili fries wimpy. I prefer the ones not under chili to be dip-able to scoop up the leftover chili and cheese. But I guess it worked out cuz there wasn't much chili to scoop up in the first place. Hubby had the grilled cheese burger. Have they reduced the size of all their burger patties? These were more sausage patty size. Yes, we went inexpensive on this meal, but expected better.

I waited 20 minutes on 4 corn dogs, and still had to get out of my car to go get them. There were several people out of their cars, complaining that they'd been waiting on food for 45 minutes or more. When they'd ask about their order, the car hops would walk right in and get it. The food was ready, but I have no clue where the breakdown in communication was where the orders weren't going out. They were having to remake food and drinks due to it sitting so long, and having to issue refunds. This is my 4th bad experience with 4 Sonics in my city, and I think this one will push me to finally delete the app. Absolutely awful!
