Once again, another simple and easy order not completed by this Jacks. This is my third time writing this year! They do not listen nor care about what you order. It is still a suggestion for what you want to order, then they throw in whatever they think is good. Without ever reading receipts or anything else. I love getting charged for items I DO NOT GET! Thank you Jacks, once again!

Best burger and fries I've had in a long time. Food was hot. Service was poor. Only the stars goes towards the food. With the exception of the drive thru girl who worked that day around 4-5.

literally the worst jacks around. every time I go they mess something up. i just ordered a 4 piece chicken tender with 3 comeback sauces (because they fill the 2oz cups half way,) and they gave me a 3 piece with 1 comeback and 3 honey mustards. Like do better. I have gotten a salad one time and the chicken was not cut up on it and was given a SPOON to eat it. Y’all down bad. pls fix it

This place is great these guys here are just the best, they're kind understanding, and fast to help you. They want to give you the best service that they can. I was surprised how nice they were and how helpful they were I made a small change on my plate and they went out of the way to make it good for me. I had the chicken fried steak and my wife had the number 8 grilled chicken sandwich and everything was just delicious, all I can say is thank you guys so much. You are wonderful do very good work and you cook the food perfectly. Mechlle, thank you so much

Food is ok, but I prefer better. It's a place I will eat at, in a pinch, but if I am really wanting a good burger or chicken I will go elsewhere. However, their milkshakes are good, when they fill up the cups.

Worst Jacks Ever......
7 customers standing in lobby while 6 employees standing/looking and Never Acknowledged customers.
Management was on duty at counter and more worried about who was gonna put up new tabs/advertising labels. NEVET ACKNOWLEDGED CUSTOMERS EITHER

STORE WAS NASTY AND CLUTTERED
ALONG WITH TRASH OVERFLOW.
JACK CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.

They were pretty busy the dining room was full and the drive thru had a line. But it was moving good .this Jack's is one of the best ones I been too. The staff is very friendly and the food is good also. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Section AL

Of all places I stopped it had to be here where there were no toilet paper in the restroom!! I had a long drive from the other side of Georgia. .There's more to it than cooking and packing meals. Cleaning duties and restocking is important too! I can't believe how lazy these employees are..
