Attended the funeral of my cousin Ryan Hood this past weekend and was very disappointed in the service, sermon and overall professionalism of the Pastor and the other church leaders. The sermon provided was more like a church service than a funeral. During acknowledgment of the family, the Pastor blatantly omitted the father Winston Hood when reading the obituary and during his acknowledgment of the immediate family members, even though the father and mother sat together in the front row mourning the lost of their child. His actions were intentional, petty and unprofessional!! His actions not only shifted family members grievance to anger it created frustration and division. DEFINITELY disappointed with this church and it’s leaders!!!

Preacher didn't acknowledge my brother at ALLLL at my nephews funeral, my brother Winston Hood and his son Ryan C Hood was very close and is who Ryan spent most of his time working with and for his father before he went overseas where his life tragedly ended, though the pastor was very disrespectful in that manor, his sermon solely projected that his mother raised Ryan alone which is the farthest from the TRUTH....

Attended a funeral, the usher was polite, their pastor was kind hearted. I felt welcome.
