Literally some of the nicest people I've ever met. They give me pepperonis!!!

This place do not honor coupons . I wished I had known that they stopped before I went down there !!!
I would much rather had gone downtown Columbus on Broadway, which is much better anyway if I'm going to pay $ 12 for a sub . At least Broadway know how to treat the bread .
As much as I have patronized
( A couple of them
was even calling me by my first name ????) this place that was definitely my last .

5 stars across the board. this little subway in rinky dink little fort mitchell, al is hands down the highest quality subway ive ever been to! it's cleaner than clean. ive never seen ingredients mixed in their containers behind the counter, and they actually keep the guards CLOSED when the ingredients aren't being used. the place is usually staffed by teens (professional and polite) which makes it even more astonishing. was the saving grace for a non pork eater like myself who got stuck out in the 'bama hills for awhile.

It's a great subway! I think it's under new management (the manager is just awesome super polite and cares about his establishment) I had a protein bowl and it was sliced to perfection and loaded with rotisserie chicken!

I ordered a steak and cheese melt on wheat bread and the young lady began to cut the bread completely in half put the meat on top cheese and vegetables fallen off. I asked her The bread shouldn’t be cut completely and half should it? Her response was yes you just eat it like a hamburger. First out I’m not ordering a hamburger I’m ordering a sub sandwich from Subway in Fort Mitchell Alabama. I said no I don’t want to cut completely in half because I don’t want everything falling out as I try to eat the sandwich. She shrugged her shoulders and said oh well wouldn’t remake the sandwich. And I left with discussed. Be careful where you eat you should never have to pay someone to treat you bad Nor pay someone for bad service.

I received the best customer service experience ever! I called in to order trays for an event (the next day), unsure of exactly what I wanted, the young man who took the order was patient, helpful, and delightful! The day of the event I received a call notifying me that my order was ready for pick up “30 minutes earlier than planned”. When I arrived my order was packaged perfectly and ready to go! It was so refreshing to receive this level of service (as good service has become a rarity).

The salads are no longer chopped so you have whole pieces of meat on a salad, whole pieces of tomatoes, whole pieces of cheese depending on what cheese you pic.....The chopped up salads are much better than not chopped....looks like the salad was thrown together.....Is this the same at all Subways now?????
