This is my preferred place for pizza. On this trip, I ordered a large pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. The pizza was hot, and they gave me several packets of cheese and red pepper flakes to add to the pizza as desired.

Best pizza chain I've had so far and I've had a lot of them. Pizza always comes hot and exactly the way I ordered it, even when I have different toppings on separate halves of the pizza.

It's chain pizza. Nothing to write home about, but always ok. I will say the last pizza I had there was good. Thin crust, pepperoni and green olives. Yum!

PUT WRONG NAME ON RECEIPT! THEN HAD SMART A-S COMMENT WHEN I DIDN'T COME UP TO THE COUNTER WHEN THEY CALLED MY MAME WRONG TWICE. WILL PICK ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE TO BUY MY PIZZA.

Customer service is below standard on Monday 12-19-22 at 540pm order was called up but no one even thought to give who were waiting for their orders until I had to speak up! They act like we were on their time especially the supervisor. One employee elected to hand us our orders by the name of Doug (of memory serves me) say the problem and addressed it quickly!

This is our go to spot as we live in rural East Alabama and have few options in our area. That's not too say we don't love the quality and value afforded by Marco's. The pizza is great and consistently made. Delivery service has always been polite and respectful!
