The app hasn't worked in over a month and when you call to ask about it or the outages you are continuously told it works fine.

It's too bad that Mediacom is the only option in my area. Spotty, constantly in and out.

The lady that helped my husband straighten out our account was awesome. Very impressed with the customer service. We were there on 11/29 just before they closed for lunch.

Wonderful customer service. Had a lot of problems while trying to sign up online and also with calling in, however i was taken care of quickly kindly and with absolutely no B.S. from the pleasant woman that finished out my order. Im bad with names but I Believe it was Ms. Bonnie. All internet customer service interactions should be as nice.

The absolute worst costumer service and the absolute worst internet service. Have called on numerous occasion to get my internet issues resolved and they tell me everything is fine and simply replace the modem. I asked technicians and customer service representatives to have the area supervisor contact me to troubleshoot the ongoing issue and no one will return my request. I have a years worth of documented speed test proving I do not get the speed and consistency I pay for monthly. Unfortunately mediacom has paid for my area so I no other options.

Customer service is fine when you go to pay your bill. But the work of technicians is fine but the 800 number are rude and will hang up on you

Once the techs are at the house, most all of them are fantastic. They go above and beyond. Need to do better on simple phone contact. Stopped by their Satsuma offices and they were not too concerned that their tech flubbed the scheduled visit TWICE, first telling me he would be back the next day--and wasn't, and then once scheduled again, called the wrong number to inform he was en route. We have gone over it with them on the main 1-855 or 866 number, and locally, making sure they have both numbers. A phone rep finally said the tech can only see ONE number. So I confirm which one they see, and check phone records again, and he did not call that one. He called the other number. So after waiting from 1-4p, the call center says the tech changed it in the system to an 8a.m.- 8 p.m. status. So then i have to expect someone for another FOUR hours. In actuality, 8-8 only meant MAYBE HE WOULD STILL COME BEFORE 8, bc he never showed. They need to get this simple point of communication-notification fixed. The performance of the cable, internet and phone is about what others are--mostly fine, but issues pop up, and they fix them. AT&T has installed fiber optic cable all over Satsuma, so I am considering going back with them. Except att did a be-back-tomorrow-and-weren't thing, too. So I guess that's why they make movies about cable guys.
