Got home and my wife's sandwich was missing so I drove back up there and when I got back I realized my sandwich the new burger was so hard and messy I didn't take a bite. Over $10 and I threw it away. You can see the burger was in the box sideways and could tell it must have been cooked hours ago by looking at the hard piece of meat.

The food was really good. The cashier was friendly. Being in the middle of a truck stop makes it a little less ideal for a sit down meal but, to go is great ????

Food is always good. The service is horrible. Atmosphere was strained because customers were mad for waiting so long for their food and when they finally received it, it was not as they had ordered. We have visited this store twice and had same bad experience both times! They will not be bothered with me again!!!!

Didn't get order right and wasn't aware until I was almost 20 minutes up the road. They just threw food in the bag and called it my order.

Pretty great experience! My Grand Turkey Club was well crafted and tasted great! Stores was very clean, service was fast, and food was served fresh and hot! Keep up the good work guys!

We were going out of town, so stop to get a bite. The ruben sandwich was great and everything was fresh and hot was perfect .

I ordered a roast beef sandwich, and I ask for mayonnaise on it.they told me that they don't put mayonnaise on it.and they had package mayonnaise. But they didn't put any in the bag.

Order today for office … 3different orders fries curly and crinkled were burnt and fried way too hard .. sweet tea was disgusting ???? mozzarella sticks where cold no sauce for poppers after I went back in the store to get condiments, sprite was flat & no carbon in it .. honestly I hate I had to pick up the food for the office .. this was a nightmare ..some of the staff was nice but I was totally ignore by the guy that was sitting outside I guess in a break , when I pulled up .. He walked back in straight to the Register then just stood there and he never acknowledged me .. poor customer service .. I can’t believe they served the fries like they did .. I wanted to go back up there but I work in saraland and my lunch hour was over .. a refund for the drinks and fries at least should be granted … that was a horrible experience.. spent over $40 in all
