Food was ok. Order was wrong. Restaurant was clean in some areas and not so much in others.

Usually quick, as well as fairly accurate (especially for a Taco Bell). The food is often very haphazardly thrown together, ex. all the chipotle sauce on one end of a burrito, and sour cream all the way on the other end... However, there's one big issue that drops them 3 stars.

Extreme skimping! Having decades of restaurant experience myself, I know skimping happens in virtually every restaurant. Gotta improve those food cost margins! Gotta get my bonus!

It was something I even did while in management. These managers make sure to show new employees these methods. Be it not fully popping open a fry box at a McDonald's/BK/Wendy's, not putting the full weight of meat on an Arby's roast beef, or underweighing the cold cuts at Subway or any of the other sandwich joints. However...

There are limits! These are exceeded at this restaurant. I can personally confirm that Crunchwraps, Mexican Pizzas, Chalupas, and all tacos seem to have roughly half the meat they should, and obviously way more skimping than any other Taco Bell in this corner of the state. They don't stop at the meat either. I've had Nachos BellGrande, that along with the tiny meat portion, had very little cheese, beans, sour cream and maybe half a dozen diced tomatoes. Similar issues with light toppings persist through much, if not all, of the menu.

The problem seems to be worse on the night/late shift, though I've had problems during the day as well. I usually go through the drive-thru, maybe that's why I get screwed. Unless they're able to falsify their inventory numbers, it would seem they can't be ripping off everybody as much as me or they'd be showing "too good" of numbers.

Regardless, just be aware you might be rolling the dice when it comes to receiving a tortilla full of sadness at this border.

To TB: Please give me at least 75% of what I pay for! I expect to be skimped, but not halfway. A bump up to 5 stars will be forthcoming if you succeed in "passing" visits discussed below. TIA.

Updates will be coming in the future. I believe I'll get scientific with the times of day, days of the week, and methods of obtainment. Time to make a chart...

Edit 1: Recent visit was one of the best ever! Very satisfied with portions and quality. Keep it up!

Edit 2: Two more visits and while definitely not what it should be, the food quality was overall better. Really need to do better, especially with consistency.

Things aren't looking great for TB with a class action lawsuit being filed for this very reason. I'm sure there a lots of others, including me, with pictures of their sad TB food that the lawyers will love. I'm going to give it two more tries. Both visits will have to be awesome to get to 5.

Usually so quick to get your order and food but one morning a lady was very rude and practically threw my food at me.
It’s not my fault you have to wake up early I do too honey

My nacho fries were very cold and limp. All 5 orders of taco were very cold and the the burrito Supreme was so cold. I almost turned around to take it all back but I live 12 miles away. Thankfully we didn't get sick from the food sitting out. I was so hungry and very disappointed, I don't know if I'll ever go back there. If I do I'll go in and ask for freshly cooked food and wait for it. If they don't take care of they're customers right I don't see them in business long.

I eat at the russellville one fairly regularly. All the people that I have met there, especially the ones that are always there during my lunch time, are very nice and always helpful. Great for a quick meal. Never had any issue at this location with getting food that tasted like it had been sitting all day, etc etc. Zero complaints.

The Icee is very good. The bean burritos are good. Customer service is good.

Never gotten an order right, charge you extra for steak but don’t even fill a quesadilla up with steak
