Continues to deliver via doordash with no warning that it might until AFTER they have your money, gives no way to easily cancel your order and does keep the delivery charge despite not delivering. This last time, the pizza was old enough to be room temp and the center points were curled up. Bonus: the box was not greasy. I order pepperoni lover's; a dry box means it's been reboxed after sitting long enough for the grease to drain.

So much wrong with this location. When I arrived everyone was outside smoking and hanging out. Ok, no big deal. But no one was inside and I waited several minutes before anyone came in to assist me. Then, they couldn't find my order which should have been done. The guy then says they forgot it in the (oven) rack and proceeded to pull it put and cut it. Never washing his hands or putting gloves on. Meanwhile there a young kid running around now in the kitchen and back among other people both in and out of uniform looking like this is just a hang out. They still can't find my wings. Then it's found in a bag in a shelf on the side of the room with random other stuff. Not in the warmer, not by the cooking stuff. Just a shelf in the corner with misc stuff. Inwas given an attitude when I came back in becasue my wings, yet again, wasn't covered in honey BBQ sauce. Like only a small spinkle on some. All our food was cold.

This was the final straw. We've tested this for almost 2 years now. Unless we tip, and tip big, we get food poisoning, which we got again from last night's food. I'm talking for carry out. We always tip good when we get something delivered or sit down somewhere to eat. This is beyond ridiculous. Seeing how nasty they were last night tho I'm surprised we didn't get food poisoning every time.

Oh and I ordered delivery a few weeks ago online. Apparently the driver called off. Ok it happens. I went to pick it up and was told sorry and that they took the delivery charge off. Nope. I have the recite. It never came off. So not only did I pay for delivery when I picked it up, they also got the large tip since I tip well when I have something delivered.

Great experience! A fella named Dallas helped us with our order and made our food. He was very kind and made a super yummy pizza. Like a super super yummy one!

My pizzas and bread were the appropriate temperature and ready when I arrived to pick them up. The pizzas tasted good and were exactly what I had ordered. I am pleased with Pizza Hut

I ordered carryout on Feb 26th at 5:02pm online. Spent 62.86. Checked my bank account this morning and it shows a purchase of 75.44
I didn't tip or anything as I did carryout and paid in the store. I don't appreciate getting stolen from. I've always loved this location and never had any problems. I have my digital receipt in my email and have screenshot it. This is very upsetting. I can't understand why this happened. If it was a mistake on your end. Fine, fix it. If it was intentional, find out who did it and handle the situation. I want the money back.

Ordered a pasta and found a big wad of hair in pasta.. when returned the manager acted as if it was no big deal..
