I will say, the building needs work but don't let that keep you away. The fried chicken had a great flavor. Fried okra and potato salad were both good. Service was excellent.

This is a local favorite for us special sauce lovers. They have the best in the county. I've watched the place over the years become one of the busiest restaurants in town. With only one location, you'll have to make the trip, but it is very much so worth it. The chicken, of course, is great but the burgers are my favorite. With plenty of great sides to choose from like red beans and rice, coleslaw, fries and mac-n-cheese for the kids, as well as some special seasonal deserts. Don't forget to grab some Danny's Sauce to out on everything.

It might not look like much from the building but don't let appearances fool you. The food here is delicious! I absolutely love their fried mushrooms! For $38 you can get the large plenti pack which is a huge amount of chicken strips with their special sauce and large order of fried mushrooms and 2 people can't finish this in one sitting. Great southern cooking. If you drive thru Robertsdale you can easily miss this little gem. It's on the south bound side of 59 across from the Pizza Hut. Small place, a bit old and limited parking but you definitely give it a try. I want to go back and try some of their other home cooked sides. Nice folks working there too. Expect to wait as they prepare your food fresh as you order it.

Awesome southern fried chicken with all the great sides. Red beans and rice, Cole slaw, potatoe salad. Just all around Good Food.

Needed to grab a quick bite and wanted to support a small, local business. We had never been to Danny’s before but heard the food was good. Food was a 7/10 but the service was horrible. Older guy running the counter was extremely RUDE. If you don’t want to explain what certain meal deals are, maybe add a description to the menu? If you don’t want to interact with customers, maybe work in the kitchen? Also, the place is pretty grimy and flies were buzzing around everywhere. I won’t go back.

We had a Super Bad experience with your Research today just ordering simple things and waited on Friend Okra they had to go to Super Market to buy Okra and cook it waited 40 to 45 minutes in drive thru and spend more money on gas then food and didn't get our order what we paid for so I guess Yall need to close that Business. I give Yall a 1 Star Restaurant.????

When you walk in it's nothing to look at but the smells let you know you picked the right place! The food was fairly priced and awesome but what made it was the workers up front. They we're friendly, professional and kind and that's saying a lot these days. It's not too often you come across a business full of employees that actually do their job and are good at it. I appreciate the food and service!

1st trip here.. but was very good and reasonable and friendly.. we'll definitely visit again soo. It's hard to find red beans and rice as a side.. they had a rice dressing and want to try next ♡♡
