It took about 20 minutes to place an order. They had a full line of customers and the girl taking orders was taking 1 customer at a time. After taking an order she would leave to the back and wait for the food. She came back to clean the counter then would go back….meanwhile there is a line of customers waiting to get their orders taken. Why not take care of your lobby customers then go back and push the orders to get out ????u200d♀️( there’s a thought)

Honestly I think someone from headquarters should come in just to see how bad this place is being managed.

No playground! (This did not count in my stars or negative review, just an fyi for parents looking for a place to play!)
We’re “out” of almost every drink option, did not provide table service even though it was specified in mobile order, rude employees (who could rarely be found except in bathroom), and my burger and fries tasted DAYS old. Truly disappointing. No changing table in the bathroom (so yes, I changed my infant at a booth) and the tables were dirty so I had to clean my own table to sit!!!!! Parking lot was hard to maneuver as well. An overall terrible experience so I’m warning everyone!

It was very chaotic with not a single employee acting like they knew what they were doing. One employee was mopping with a lobby full of customers and one was taking a break sitting in the lobby eating and talking on the phone. Most to all of the tables were dirty and there did not seem to be any type of management there keeping things in line

Found a bandaid in my hot and spicy….and on top of that they’re extremely rude. I already ate the whole sandwich when I seen the bandaid fall out the wrapper. I am disgusted I thought it was a piece of lettuce at first but is sure as hell wasn’t!

This people always mess up your order.. they act as if they’re slow or something. The need new management ASAP. This is ridiculous

The outside lane of the drive through didn't work or they just didn't want to serve me. No sign saying out of order, waited 6 minutes while the other lane took three other orders. The McDonalds sign was all busted up too, probably due to lack of maintenance. I won't be going back!

Need to close down and start over. They take your money then you have to wait for friggin ever. Then you have to ask for your order because they’ll forget about you. Then you have tell them what you ordered again and wait some more!! Needless to say they’re always out of ketchup.

Literally the worst McDonald's in the entire county, even worse than the Saraland McDonalds. Horrible customer service, incorrect orders, missing food items, stale room temperature fries I want you can expect from this place. If I could give this location 0 stars I would!
