Food was really good, I got the $5 box and it was amazing, however the girl at the drive-thru had a very sour attitude, and just did not treat me with the same respect as the driver in front of me. Like I get it, I look emo or what ever but that's not an excuse. Like I even said loud enoughfor her to hear
"yall have a good day" and she just ignored me and closed the window. Like okay.. also I think I was missing a taco but I'm not too worried about that.

Mobile order placed and picked up in the drive through. The bean burritos were made poorly... barley any filling at all.
I do not recommend this location.

The location was displayed as open on the app and on Google but when I arrived to pick up my order the store was still closed. Despite the three employees inside seeing me in the drive through at the window confused no one tried to explain why they were still closed after their displayed open time. I canceled my order and had to figure out another breakfast plan for my family. If you can't open at least put up a sign in the window explaining why.

UNDERSTANDING STAFF SHORTAGES!!! Working in customer service I completely understand and respect those that do show up for work. My husband and I always go to this Taco Bell location! Today we stood there for 20 mins and we’re told 3 different times we’ll be right with you. We finally decided to leave.

Did a mobile order with in store pickup. Order was done quickly, employees were busy but efficient. All three items were hot and correct.

Felt like we picked our food up through the mobile app less than 5 minutes. Great area and atmosphere.

Slow slow slow 4 different individuals waited over 30 minutes each
Bad experience overall
One worker was cussing and using negative language.
" I don't give a s$$$ I could be doing other things like being with my kids"
Dinning room dirty..
