Food was very good. Best lo mein in town, and their sweet and sour chicken stays crispy for hours. Very kind workers too, and while the food was a 10 minute wait they did have a lot to do, so I understand. They do have a lot of boxes and stuff out, but I'm sure it will all be sorted out soon.

We ordered a lot of food from this place tonight and they could not handle it. We waited close to an hour for the food. It seemed like they were doing other orders that came on after us.
I will say though the food is delicious! Maybe if you don’t have a large order then you don’t have to wait long but I did not appreciate waiting that long.

It was a terrible experience. The lady working in the front and taking the order over the phone has a very disrespectful and condescending attitude. She yells at you like you’re a child and the man that she works with is disrespectful as well. Will never order from there again. I just left my food and walked out the door.

Late December 2020 - Visiting from out of town, staying at hotel few miles away. Lots of Asian places closed on Monday so drove here. Saw menu in window and called in order as instructed per COVID policies. It was about 6PM and I was told it’d take about 20 mins. Took an hour. I think they’re short-staffed, only 2 people cooking during dinner rush, and they were busy! Be aware. BUT...the food was good (not great, but good). Hot & Sour soup, lemon pepper wings, shrimp fried rice, and fried dumplings (pot stickers). Prices were pretty good too.

Since when does a combo not come with a drink? $2.50 for a bottled drink I can get from the gas station ???? Also the utensils have no wrapping, very unsanitary but they have their covid protection for the register.

Never do business with this restaurant in Prattville AL. They charged me$15 for a plain fried rice and when I asked for a refund they refused. I left the food on the counter and still didn't get a refund. This is very unacceptable and should be illegal! This is the type of people who don't deserve to be in our country and definitely not running a business in the United States.

Our food was the best Chinese we've had in Prattville! The orange chicken had plenty of sauce but was still crispy by the time we got home. The hot and sour soup had plenty of tofu and mushrooms in it! Overall I was impressed with the flavors and price.
