This place has a beautiful view of the lake, and it is a must visit destination. The food is fantastic. The restaurant has a unique but cool interior design which I loved. I ordered the fish platter, and with a side of grilled shrimp. It was amazing. I haven't ate any seafood in Alabama that was better yet. My wife ordered the grilled porkchop dinner with onion rings. A little light on the seasoning she later said, but it was still extremely good she noted. The food tasted clean not greasy. Grilled items were actually grilled. Chef is a phenomenal cook. We will definitely be back!

Overall 4 stars. We were there for a good bit of Time but had already planned that. We were in no hurry.
Fried pickles are cornmeal batter. Not bad. I’ve had way worse elsewhere. But that in description would be nice.
Had Cajun shrimp tacos. No complaints at all.
Grilled Cajun shrimp no complaints.
Boneless wings. Not the best.
Hamburger steak. Great.
Tots-Cho’s great.
Traditional wings. Not bad
Understaffed. We did come in at 3. I know that’s a lull time. Beer wasn’t that cold. Waitress did us a solid and put some in freezer. Seem to have some kinks. But honestly who doesn’t nowadays.we’ve had worse service in the last few months at larger establishments. Not complaining.

This place is an absolute joke. We were told when we walked in that it may take 45 minutes to get food because the kitchen was backed up. Which was fine I thought it was Saturday night. We sat on the deck and got a drink pretty quickly. We then sat for 45 minutes with no one acknowledging us. No one ever came back to take our order. There were mutiple servers who all looked like they didn't even want to be there or anywhere else for that matter. Oh and the best part, another group walked in and their order was taken immediately by someone. Worst service I have ever experienced! The view was pretty, but that's ALL you get.

Had hope this would be a great place to dine on the lake. The food is dismal at best. Portions are small the menu is basic. Really just bar food wouldn’t call this a restaurant.

Went here to have a late lunch nice day so we sat outside tables had to be cleaned off and water dumped off the chairs and wiped before we could sit down.! Ordered 2 beers that were pee warm informed ice machine broke so they just got it fixed and that was why! Never informed at time of order it was not cold. Asked for cup of ice to pour beer on it was half filled with water. Ordered a Diet Coke that tasted like water. Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger with loaded fries; fries came out not loaded instead of taking back and fixing brought bowl of cheese and bacon. Burger was good and wings were good. Disappointed in service and overall experience will not return here.

Had a really nice lunch at this beautiful spot! Employees were kind and attentive, food was great! We will definitely be back on a sunny day when we can sit outside!

my boyfriend and i drove up on a jet ski to eat here after seeing a post on facebook about a deal, we were so excited as we had never been here before. it was friday evening, around 6pm. we were sat down outside, which is beautiful and overlooks the lake, with about 10 other people also seated outside. everyone else had already eaten and we’re getting ready to go. we sat there for 15 minutes without anyone coming to get our drinks. they were not busy at all and has plenty of staff just relaxing inside around the register. more people were sat and waited on, we were not. it got to the point where it was going to be too dark outside to drive the jet ski home, and we hadn’t even gotten a drink. we walked out and nobody said anything and neither did we. Wake Zone, be more attentive to your guests who were willing to pay $14 for a chicken salad.

This place was awful. Servers were sitting at a table and not working. We waited for 20 min with no one taking drink orders, so I had to say something to them. When we tried to order, we were told they were out of some items. When I asked what items they were out of, she just laughed and asked what we wanted. Once we got our food, it was terrible. Obviously, there are management issues.
