Online order was ready in less than 15 minutes and pick was a breeze. Employees were more than helpful when I arrived.

Curbside order was a fail. Beyond disappointed! Product was used. Apparently, this location do not check their returns and sadly unaware of product return damages to even put the item back on the sale floor. Visible damage is seen on surface of package to electronic device. Sticker on open product was lifted. In addition, numerous scratch on interface of recorder and air bubbles on protective seal! I needed this device the next day and it ruined a speck of my day! Batteries was missing. When I opened the back piece from device, there was visible rust on prongs for battery and drainage. Manager was of no help nor shared any concerns to what happen. I made return and left.

Nice, well organized office supply store located in Tiger Town. Good selection of all office items. Also has printing and copying services.

Was able to locate and find what I needed quickly and checkout went smoothly. I like that I can save money by the recycling program at Office Depot.

I never go wrong with Office Depot I hate that items are so pricey and I can’t shop there as often due to having to wait on certain sales or special promotions, nevertheless whenever a special promotion or sale direct me there it’s always a pleasure and great experience

I had an awesome customer service experience yesterday at the Opelika Office Depot. Sabrina and Mary went out of their way to assist me with a Return via FEDEX. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Top Notch Customer Service! Great job Office Depot!
