I wish I could give them 100 stars. The vibe is absolutely AMAZING from the moment you walk in. I loved the decor and how much it is inspired by their heritage. The hostess was so sweet and her vibe is so welcoming and friendly. She was smiling before we even walked in and if you read this, I loved your sparkly glamorous pink headband. The seating was comfortable and perfect for our family of five. Often times we go places and because it's 5 people, we don't tend to get comfortable seating options. Our waiter was equally as nice, friendly, and accommodating. He explained things on the menu and was nice to us and our kids. He checked on our table often and he took our order perfectly. Our food was soooooo good!! Literally my number one place for Mexican food now. The salsa, cheese dip, and all of our dishes were awesome ???????? I loved that they actually used mini shrimp and chopped shrimp in my fajita quesadilla! Most places just just giant shrimp but not here. The flavors made me wish I could teleport to a Mexican beach to enjoy the meal and my drink which was also amazing! I am excited to visit this place again!! The food was Literally as good as it looked and then some!!

Quick service food came fast was delicious. Recommend the pasta for adults or kids who don't want Mexican food in yr party. Kids portion was decent size serving and delicious shrimp Alfredo.
Server very nice and attentive. Steak fajita Al Blanco Was delicious off lunch menu. The place Was busy with after church diners but had plenty of staff. Well run restaurant. We were traveling sort of in a hurry and were in out in 40 minutes.

Food was delicious as usual. El Patron nachos by far is my favorite. I was so excited to see the service Manager Kimberly back. She always know what my husband and I want every time we come in. Her hospitality is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is always friendly with her presence. We’re so glad to have you back Kimberly! You’re one of the reason we keep coming back!!!

Place a pick up order
Did not receive my salsa went back and and to let them know
The person that handed me my order
Told me that I don’t get it with my order
So a bag of chips with no salsa
Bc when I placed my order was told that it came with Ook
So I get down the road by Sam’s in Auburn open my Beef Dip up and ⬇️⬇️ is what I see
Soooo yes I turn around and call and go back for my refund only for them to tell me this is how it’s supposed to look not

First time at the new location. The building is really nice! Love the area with the garage doors, fireplace and tv. The food was great! Very fresh. Very tasty. Our waiter was on point and super nice. The staff at the front when you walk in the door weren’t very engaging or inviting which might be a turn off for some. But I didn’t really care because I was hungry and went there for the food LOL!

Literally the worst customer service and dining experience I've had in a while.

This was my 5th time at this establishment and the 4 other times weren't nearly as bad as the experience I had yesterday

Someone else dropped chips off.

We waited almost 10 minutes for our drink order. I had to go to the front to see what was going on

The waitress finally got our drink and lunch orders.

We had finished the platter of chips and she asked if we wanted more and I said yes please. Then she brings out another platter of chips and just lays it on top of the old chips instead of just replacing it..

Then the food came out. I asked for extra vegetables which I did not receive. I also asked for one of those big roasted peppers and did not get that either.

For some reason, we were not given 3 silverware so I asked for silverware when she dropped the food off and did not get it so I had to use my toddler's fork who then couldn't eat her food.

At this time, I also reminded her I ordered extra vegetables.

Mind you, we have a 3 month old baby and a toddler with us so we don't go out to eat very often.

After basically already finishing my shrimp fajita, she realized I was still waiting for the vegetables and she told me it's cooking.. not sure if she forgot to place the order or not.

She brings my extra veggies and I'm already finished so I ask for two to go boxes for myself and my toddler.

From the moment we sat down to paying, this was not a pleasant dining experience.

We will not be returning.

Decent American Mexican place to eat. Good cheese dip and they serve alcohol. Get your margarita on! Easy place to accommodate a large party. The quesadilla was very cheesy and meaty. The California burrito was decent. Not my favorite but it could tickle your fancy.

First time visiting this restaurant and couldn’t be more pleased. Staff was very upbeat and seem to be happy with their jobs. Food was fantastic and plentiful for a lunch menu. Plan on stopping again when we are in the area.
