Will only help you if you have paperwork for disabilities even when bringing up poor and insulting language usage to HR who does not assist with safe work environments in those regards unless legally obligated - even for basic requests.

I’m like most honest person in this review and I’m gone give it to you I’m not sugar coating nothing because after this review God gone shut this business down these people below my comment they not lying I was just like you let me research this company let me see the reviews hmm wow a bad turnover rate okay I’ll give them the benefit of doubt when you start you gone meet the supervisor Keisha HR whole company facade it’s gone sound good you gone train and it’s gone continue & you gone realize this company do not take accountability of the training this is the most horrible training and you can’t make mistakes in the training that’s gone cost you your job I have a migraine you gone witness so many employees smoking cigarettes on breaks because if you want to visit a early grave by all means sign up they got the benefits to pay 10,000 to pay towards your funeral this is one job that’s dangerous the worst company I have ever joined as long as I breathe this earth the worst company & Verizon continue to profit off a company that don’t have employees best interest at heart I don’t know who you believe what God your religious back ground but it is a dark energy in that company and it brings you to depression stress anxiety your miserable your joy leaves it’s not a good company not even for quick money because they take so much out your check file exempt because honestly that’s all the company good for 2 pay checks and a waste of time with a fake expectation to succeed Jesus the worst experience of my life I should of listened to the comments I watched 16 people walk out this training 1 by 1 & these people had the nerve to put me on a final call avoidance because I was stress during the training because it got too intense because there not training right but what if I told you they know you not perfect and you still could get terminated for making a mistake during training would you invest your time with a company that don’t have your best interest at heart and threaten your job because this is not a free space to make mistakes and improved think about it don’t waste your time please the God in me speaking don’t waste your time it’s not worth your gas your livelihood your time on this earth it’s not worth it because they don’t care your just a number Supervisor Keisha she don’t care she just obey by the system to keep her job & lil house on the prairie that pays the bills lol because she’s on the evil team this company is not of God it’s a system set up for you to fail I always say If some happen to me it may was the company because I don’t even trust this company a set up & Keisha the same God that gave it to you will take it away you ant doing nothing in your power to help you cocky honey you to high & God gone humble you you too comfortable defending a company instead of defending God because when they shut down you gone take the benefits the supervisor position with you all you got is memories of never helping employees with better training experiences my head hurt so bad this job has stressed me out

False advertisement! I applied for a “remote” customer service rep position. I had an interview today and the recruiter I was speaking said it’s for on-site and that’s not what I signed up for. I turned down the offer. Afni , you all need to update the information because that’s not right to say remote then say no it’s on site! It must be a sign to not work here.

This company is awful it was great at first til i started seeing people quit with long paragraphs in the assistant chat room stating the coaches and mangers were simply horrible bullies.First off just let me say when a coach can speak on one’s kids that a no go. When reaching out to HR i was told to email my coaches manger, but i obviously called HR for a reason literally every Monday and Tuesday was a bad day for me because my coach tried to find any and everything to complain about even if i did right she would say oh this and this it started to get to the point where she started getting brave to speak about my kids and no i wasn’t for it…when i finally went off she pressed record after she had already disrespected me numerous of time and i wasn’t going to give her any room to speak at that point cause i had enough. I’m pretty sure i was the first but i will be the last employee that was harassed by the coach.

Worked there 2 years. It's a job... They stress numbers, most coaches are meh. And pay isn't the best. It was fine while you could work from home but they are sending everyone back to the office. Training is paid. would not recommend for a long term job.

This company still hasn't gave me my deposit back and I sent their equipment back and it has been confirmed delivered since July ! This company doesn't have any empathy for real life situations or people disabilities. I was told that I would be taken off the clock every time I went to the restroom.

The worst company I ever work for this company is so unprofessional and the coaches don't help for anything. Especially my coach she stayed in a meeting or at the doctor 25/7 they want you to work ot but get mad if you get over 100 hours that the point of overtime commission sucks. Your equipment always going down or freezing up and they want you to call desk get a ticket number once you do that call them okay we do that guess what mangers don't pick up at all... mangers get away with a lot if you decide to work here on site or home I'm telling you don't do it it'd not worth your time or energy
