Several months ago I had given a five review. I deleted that review for this review. 080123
I arrived around 12 o’clock and there was one man in front of me waiting for someone to take his order. I don’t know how long he had been standing there, but I waited nine minutes before the young black lady took my order.
When I walked in, I was never acknowledged. No “hello”, no “we will be with you in a minute” or anything else. NOTHING!
There was also a white woman with a baseball cap on, and she never acknowledged us. When I paid for my food, the young lady never said a word.
She was the difference between a 5 review and a 1 review.
Seriously, how could the manager not know that she is not suitable to greet customers?

I've lived in this area for over 10 years. I used to travel for work, this particular Jack's has always been a favorite. But unfortunately over the several months, the service has been terrible and 100% success rate the order will be wrong. It will also take a long time.

My online order was ready 20 minutes after it said it would be ready. And 30% of the food was missing and wrong.

I quit going to Jack’s for a long time because the food and service in Odenville was horrible. Being that it is the only fast food restaurant in town, and one of the very few restaurants in general…that in itself says a lot. We have had a busy couple of weeks and I thought to try it again. I didn’t say anything when we stopped by a few weeks ago and a good portion of the menu was sold out, I just drove 30 minutes to somewhere else. Tried again a few days later and they couldn’t serve soft drinks, we ordered that time, and the food was ok, but definitely not great. It was obvious they don’t have a handle on how to handle inventory. We woke up late today and needed breakfast… breakfast, I thought, should be simple and easy and we could deal with Jack’s one more time, every location is going to have issues some days…
I am used to the long wait times, and somewhat understand because it is the only fast food restaurant in town. However, we didn’t receive half of what we ordered, and what we did receive was cold and stale.
Every time we have been to this location, currently or historically, it is filled with employees, more than it takes to run a good shift. It honestly seems that when they built a new building, they quit caring about quality or service.
What Jack’s needs to realize is that the subpar standards at this Jack’s, makes people not want Jack’s from any location. Odenville Jack’s is tarnishing the entire brand. (And I am constantly hearing the same from the next city over in Argo… though I don’t go to that one)
The ONLY thing keeping the Jack’s in Odenville open is lack of other options.
I understand the factors of human error, technical issues, etc. Things happen and it will never be perfect. The problem at this location is that it is consistently a bad experience.

All Jack's locations are normally very good, and I've had good experiences at this location in the past, but not today.

I encountered borderline rude employees, slow service and mediocre food today. The store was fully, if not overstaffed and I was the only person ordering inside and the drive thru only had a couple cars. No excuse for the lack of service and mediocre food I received.

The service at this jacks is probably the worst I have ever been to in Alabama. I get being busy, but it sometimes take close to an hour to just get a few biscuits in the drive through on a Saturday morning. Management should look on ways to be more efficient. Nothing at all fast about this fast food restaurant!!!

Worst experience yet. I been giving chance after chance but tonight it’s ridiculous. First waited forever for the food. Came out to table and the chicken fingers were cold and so were the fries. Inside the chicken was raw. Bowl of mashed potatoes I ordered was ice cold. I decided not to return the food becasue they too busy acting like they didn’t care. Everything was funny to them I guess. Several times I have been in and the night crew is too busy playing and cutting up allowing orders to back up
Needs good adult manager at night for sure
I’ll be going further down the road from now on.

This location is by far the worst I have ever been too. The food is horrible and they can never get the order right. Yes, they are understaffed but I'm still not understanding why the food can not be cooked correctly. Missing items are still understandable a little but the food man.... Yuck!

Do not go here for dinner. This is not the first time that I have had a problem. My fiancé came through the drive through and ordered a bacon cheese fry and a big bacon. The fries that we received were the equivalent to a kids fry. It was not even the size of a regular fry. We have constantly had problems out of this jacks. I've just about had enough.
