Wonderful customer service. Deli is the only area I have had an issue with several time. Miss labeling the products I had sliced or slicing the incorrect item all together. They have no problems correcting it but please make sure to double check whatever it is you are purchasing.

Usually a great experience. Today I had the displeasure of being ignored not once but twice by a member of management. I approached the customer service counter and a manager walked behind the counter and failed to acknowledge me or even attempt to help me. I was prompted to ask another employee for assistance. Eventually I got what I needed. Disgusting

The employees at this location are very friendly and work hard to make sure the store stays in top shape. If you ever need to look for something and you're not quite sure where it is, the staff is willing to guide you. The bakery and Deli staff are also very helpful.

Honestly, the only saving grace that even makes me post 1 star are the manager, Adam and the customer service representative, Lee. They actually listened to my concerns and leant an empathetic ear after my god awful interaction with another customer service rep, Kanesha. Apparently Publix has a new "protocol" that makes extra steps and complicates the return process. I completely understand that employees have to follow this new protocol, however when I asked for clarification on the new policy she met me with rage cutting me off, talking over me, and making it seem like she was doing me the favor to return my items when their current policy clearly states that there would not be any issues. I remained calm and tried to explain my questions and she just talked over me in circles and couldn't have an actual conversation. Oh and to top it all off she gossiped about this interaction to another employee right next to me and then disappeared once the manager showed up. So to make a long story short, be aware of the new "protocol" even though it's really a policy change.

Gosh what friendly staff, a nice clean store, and I was actually able to find two items that I haven't seen since I moved down here from Massachusetts in 2020. One is gaspar's linguica, a wonderful Portuguese sausage that was readily available up North but I haven't seen since we got here until today. Additionally in the Frozen Seafood section I found Matt laws Frozen stuffed clams which make a great appetizer that you cook from Frozen right in the oven. They are delicious and I'm so happy to have something with clams semicolon very hard to find out here. Now, if only I could find minced clams so I could make clam chowder and linguine with white clam sauce from scratch. The only men's clams I have found down here are canned and of course those are not nearly the same as fresh or fresh Frozen. I will continue my search! And I will for sure be back to that wonderful Publix Market

Fruit here is a hit or miss. Ether they don't have it or they have it. If they have it, it's almost past its expiration date. Sushi is on point. Eggs need to be placed on shelf by expiration dates. Nice people work here!

I wanted to buy 2 lbs of salmon, and I asked the attendent in the seafood area to please take the skin off, she replied to me "we do not take the skin off, you need to buy the salmon that come by pieces, we do not do that in here". I always buy salmon by pound and they take the skin off. This is my first bad experience in Publix ever .
