Service was great... Young guy at the counter gave great customer service and acted like he cared. Tables were a little dirty but that's why they make napkins. Easy in and out. No health rating posted..... I like to see that wherever I go. Wife really liked the mashed potatoes.

The last 3 times I have got chicken breast at Jack's, it is dry and chewy. I learned to go at busy times so it will be fresh. Went today at 12:20 pm and it was terrible, again. I don't know how long it had been cooked. I'm done. Terrible didn't eve eat the whole piece, hurt my teeth.

Went thru the drive thru tonight. Nobody in restaurant, one car in front of us. After waiting about 10 minutes to order, we ordered two 4 piece chicken finger dinners, one with cole slaw and fries, the other with potatoes with gravy and slaw. After waiting at the window for over 15 minutes, the girl says to pull up because they are waiting for 1 biscuit to cook. We pull up and after another 5-8 minutes she brings out 2 boxes not in a bag. No apology for wait. When we get home, there are no fries, chicken is cold, no sauce, and the biscuit that we were waiting on was cold and hard. We have always enjoyed Jacks, but have made our last visit.

Went today around 1:20PM. The person they had working the drive through had clunks of dirt under all of his finger nails as if he hasn’t washed them or bathed in days. very disgusting to see. Unsanitary workers should not be handling your customers food.

Customer service needs to be addressed ASAP. There’s no sense in having people working who have nothing but attitudes and are not friendly at all. These people are the faces of your business and need to have some manners and speak to people appropriately. It makes the whole experience and food less than what it could be. It makes no sense having people at the windows huffing and puffing every time someone orders

Very dissatisfied with Jack's in northport, Alabama hwy 43 tonight, we couldn't even eat it, the chicken was undercooked, cold , and didn't even look like chicken!!

Got 2 chicken finger meals and asked for extra sauce and they wouldn’t not give me anything. Pathetic portions for $16. Absolutely ridiculous didn’t get straws either. Very very poor customer service and food!

I decided to give this location another try and disappointed again. The website, the jacks app, and on Google the hours say open till 11pm. I show up at 10 and they tell me they are closed. And only only till 11 on Friday and Saturday. If that’s the case that needs to be updated on all online sites… always problems with this location.

Dine in hours are till 11pm but they have the doors locked. And the drive through wrapped around the building moving slow… service always bad at this location when I come here.
