I wanted to go to this location at 5821 McFarland Blvd because I had been here once before for the biscuit and gravy. They make the softest biscuits I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. The bottoms are so soft that you don't need a knife to cut them. I stood at the counter and asked if they were still serving them at 10:48 am. Two of the employees had to yell at the men in the kitchen three times before they got an answer because they had music playing loudly back there. ??? Yes, I could get a gravy and biscuit. I asked about the biscuit bundle they used to advertise all the time. No one knew anything about it except for another employee who told her that it was located under the catering button. You can get 12 butter biscuits for 99 cents each. Which amounts to $14.39 with taxes added. They are better than frozen or canned in my book. I opened my styrofoam container and was surprised to see sausage crumbled across my biscuit and gravy. I've never seen it served like that before at Jack's. It tasted great. It wasn't spicy and added some texture to the food. The biscuit was still as soft on the bottom as ever. I enjoyed it.

I'm legitimately unsure if you guys are running a restaurant or a playground. Why are employees throwing stuff at the drive thru window? Why don't they know the menu? This is why my "no pickles" sandwich is covered in pickles.

I had the burger and fries the first time trying, it was pretty good. The second time, I had the breakfast sausage, I don't think it was cooked fully. I'm not a sausage lover. Maybe had it been well done, it may have been good but the biscuit itself was great.

A worker came in whilst we was standing there ordering on her phone,walked directly behind the manager working and PAST the handwashing sink to the drive thru window and all thru the kitchen! ???? I work in a kitchen and I know that's unacceptable! No one said anything to her. This was Friday June 23rd!

I stopped at drive thru after dropping my gr'daughter off at the Amtrak Station. The girl at the drive thru who took my order and took my money really showed her Alabama hospitality! Super nice. And a great Big Jack hamburger no ketchup!

Went thru the drive thru. Burger was pretty consistent with other Jack's I have been too. Drive thru line did move slower at this one than some others but overall not horrible.

I had to repeat my order 4 times. Still got my drink wrong. I sat at the window for 12 minutes for a number 2 combo. They where not busy or short staffed. Everyone i could see was playing on their phones. I will never be back and have sent a email to corporate that everyone needs firing and they need to have a no phone used will working or you will be terminated.
